Do not use this company! I had them out to my house to replace my hot water heater which is inside my house. After they replaced it I kept smelling gas, had southwest gas come out and they had to shut down the gas because the venting system was installed wrong and not up to code. Tucker came out to fix it and I told them I was still smelling the gas. They told me it was nothing and I was wrong. Just recently had another one of their plumbers out and asked him about the same thing and having some pipes replaced so to the smell of gas and he said no nothing needed to be replaced. I have a company out today replacing my duct system and they told me I definitely have a gas leak at my hot water heater and a part has to be replaced. This is just so scary that we have been breathing this in and it all could have been so much worse!
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their plumbers don't know what they are doing!

Tried to get an RO system installed by this company. They came out and didn't inform me that I needed a hole drilled into my granite ( a good plumber will do this step for you ) then charged me for simply looking under the fridge and placing the RO system under the sink. They also told me it would be about 130 to install all together and he left me with a bill for 100 dollars for the 30 min he spent at my house doing nothing. I called the office and she apologized about not telling me but that the plumber would have to come back out and I would have to pay him another 100 dollars for the hour. They said they never told me that it was 130 ( I guess you have to have stuff on paper now days ). I said I wouldn't of had him stay at all bc the mistake was on there part. They refused to take the blame. Or give any refund. Not a costumer friendly company.

On 11/13/13 I was at an appointment in Scottsdale, about 1400 I come out of the building and see that my car was hit. A landscaper said that the big white tucker plumbing truck hit my car. The damage is high up on the vehicle and could only have been done by the only truck in the parking lot. I asked if he'd give a statement to police but I think he was worried about his legal status.

I called Tucker Plumbing and right away a woman called me back from a blocked number.. I told her what had happened, she said they have a bunch of different trucks and she said somebody would call me back. Nobody did. Thursday I called again about 1640, left a message.

Friday 11/15/2013 I called at 1515 and 1640, left messages both times.
No calls back.

Monday I finally got somebody to answer the phone and she basically said they couldn't pinpoint any vehicle that was in the area and there was nothing they could do.

This all sounds very very shady.
I asked the building and the surrounding buildings if they had any cameras that faced that parking lot, no luck.

This is just a heads up, would you want somebody representing a company that acts like this into your home and trust their work? And yes, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
