I'm writing this review for Chris Hill. Chris was amazing. He was delightful when answering my questions when it came to asking about what services I needed and what I get done later. He went above and beyond the job he was supposed to do, which is one of the things that I noticed. I could that he has a vast knowledge of his career and he doesn't try to oversell you on something you don't need. I definitely will use him again in the future for all my repair needs. I wish every industry had a Chris Hill there because you would have a lot more very satisfied customers.
Michael was courteous, knowledgeable and informative. He checked all the vital parts of our AC and reviewed results with photos and details.
We decided to be proactive and replace the Capacitor, after learning of the issues with our current Capacitor. Michael explained that serious things can go wrong when a Capacitor fails.
This was our first time using Tucker Hill, and we highly recommend them. We will be using their services in the future.

I told her I would be willing to pay a lesser amount but she insisted on the full refund. You can count me now as a more than satisfied customer.
Michelle J.I reached out to Tucker Hill because we were having problems with our circuit breaker tripping. I was very impressed that they were able to send a technician the very next day at 8 AM. My technician, Scott Rubin, was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, gave me a very reasonable quote, and finished the work within an hour. The problem has been completely resolved and I am more than happy! Huge thank you to Tucker Hill and especially Scott Rubin !
I called them once for an estimate. I decided against it because I didn't need a tech to my house for a ball park number.
Since then they have been calling me twice a day, everyday. First call is at 7:30am. I've asked them to stop calling and they haven't. I will take legal recourse if they keep calling. I'm in a state of disbelief.
Joélle A.Did an excellent job on our sewer lines and even lowered the initial price quote. We were also able to negotiate getting a free new kitchen faucet with installation as the cherry n top.
Downside was that they still haven't come to pick up their boards after we have called them twice and texted.
Chris Pruitt was my technician for the day. Wow, do I have a wonderful story to tell the readers about this company! On 1/5/2024 Chris came in to do a routine check-up and flush on my water heater. This was just supposed to be a simple in and out job, however, while checking the anode rod, the nipple snapped off at the tank. He tried using a spit out tool to get out the nipple and tried everything he could but was not successful. Unfortunately, the tank was now compromised and my family was without hot water. Shortly after, he gave me an honest and transparent update about how I would need to buy a whole new water heater system. Immediately I was displeased at the current situation. This by all means was none of the technician's fault it was all due to a 10 year old water heater that lacked proper maintenance and anode rod replacement from the previous owner. Nevertheless, a few minutes later I received a direct phone call from the owner of the company, Jeremy P. He notified me that a new water heater will be coming that day and will be installed by end of business at no charge to me! Up to this point in my life as a homeowner this probably was the BEST OUTCOME I get could get as a customer to Tucker Hill. Could you imagine the things that were running thru my mind once I found out I had to pay for a whole new water heater install? I was stressed, my wife was pissed that we were going to be without hot water (and for how long), and I knew I just couldn't afford a whole new water heater. But no! Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric came to the rescue and eased my stress and eliminated my worries. They are absolutely the best in the Valley! At first I was hesitant to stay as a customer with Tucker Hill over the months, but after last week's events, I am 100% confident now that I can rely on Tucker Hill Air, Plumbing and Electric anytime for any of my home maintenance and repair needs! Thanks Chris and Jeremy, I appreciate what you guys did for me and my family.
Max H.I've been in their membership program for awhile. I had an initial service years ago that, if I signed up for the valued customer program, got me a little bit off the total cost. Since then they've been very good about checking in with me. I did have a not so great experience with one technician but nothing that bad. Today a tech named Chad Salerno came by and was great. I had some amateur questions he answered and he did a tune up on my system, which was all I wanted. He could tell I didn't like the last experience and did a good job of explaining the service that happened last time and the why behind it.
We received a advertising flyer in the mail and called. Paul Nash their technician came out looked at the problem (Plumbing) took pictures and sent them to us. Also, provided a quote for the work and gave us his phone number. After REPEATLY AND REPEATLY calling the office to have him give us a call, as of TODAY 11/29/23 we have yet to hear from Paul Nash, even though the person in the office says that they have passed on our messages. We have even left messages on his phone number he provided. Everyone that has given a review here says how wonderful they are, but in my opinion, this is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND AND A COMPANY THAT HAS AN EMPLOYEE THAT CAN'T RETURN CALLS.
