Very disappointed. Communications were great in getting this scheduled and his follow up. But when he arrived things went downhill. He did the repair, but didn't test it. When he was going out to his truck to get me a receipt, I turned the valve on, and water sprayed everywhere. When I asked him to come back in and fix it, he said it wasn't his fault and that I should call a plumber. He also gave attitude about wearing a mask in our home.

Tom has been helping me out for weeks while trying to get my tub fixed to sell my house. I finally got the part ordered and I'll update after service is complete. I can tell you now that Tom has excellent customer service already!

When I moved into my condo, I was told the jets in the whirlpool tub were leaking. I called Tubs R Us and Tom Alexander called me back and we made an appointment for him to come by and look at it. He checked out the tub and there were no leaks. He easily could of found a phantom leak and charged us but he was very honest. He gave us some clues on how to take care of our tub and the charge was very minimal for the service provided. If I have any problems with our tub I will call Tubs R Us again.
