We had a contractor start plumbing on our house remodel which we quickly realized wasn't looking correct. We put them on hold and need to quickly find a licensed plumber to come work our remodel.

The owner Larry was great and made it out to our house on the same day while he was out running errands despite being his day off. He quickly diagnosed all the things that had been done wrong and then gave me a genuine honest answer that while he and his crew could work are more than capable to complete our remodel, it's not their normal set-up and as such the cost would be higher than someone who specializes in remodels/new construction. He saw our situation and wanted to help so pulled out his phone and called another plumber he thought would be better suited to our needs, got his schedule and referred me to him.

I had other plumbers I've contacted who wanted $100+ just to come out and give me an estimate, so I think it speaks volumes that Larry came out on his day off for a free estimate and then was willing to refer me to someone he trusted would do a great job at a lower cost to us.

Want to specify, this is not to say they are priced high. It's that they are set up more for repipes, service calls, etc so I won't hesitate to call or recommend Larry down the line when I or someone I know needs something serviced at their home or business.

We chose Larry because he seemed to be the most knowledgeable and aware person that came to bid on a whole house repipe.
Pricing comparable to others, but the difference was Larry was thorough in describing what was involved, and, he is into it. Makes a big difference when hiring big jobs. .
His employees Kodey and Taylor were smart, clean, polite and efficient.
We are very happy with TVP, and if anything else comes up, I will continue giving my business to them.

Really appreciated the level of service we received. They came recommended and I was very happy with how quickly they came in, diagnosed the problem, then replaced our sink for a fair price. I'm always afraid of being ripped off so it was nice to have him speak through the issues and give us options to proceed. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Treven did a great job installing our new kitchen sink faucet with a pull down sprayer. He fixed our toilet by replacing all the insides within the tank and it so nice not having to hold down the handle. He also fixed our guest room faucet that was leaking under the handle.

We had a leaky pipe from our first floor tub and I got referred to Tualatin Valley Plumbing. They had availability the next day and sent Treven out to see the problem. He explained everything well, was super fast and did a great job. The quote was very reasonable, and he also helped me level our tub a bit and gave me some pointers of things to look out for to prevent future problems. Would definitely recommend!

Treven arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, bought special parts, installed and repaired the toilet with two hours. He was courteous, professional and clean. I will definitely call them again.

The best parts of my dealings was that they could fix my leaky toilet tomorrow and that the receptionist was very nice.

The worst parts was that they were going to charge me $300 to fix a leaky hose and that the plumber was very condescending. I told him it was just the hose attached to the side and he said their lowest price is $300. The hose cost $75 and got fixed today by another company.
He started talking about the wax ring underneath the toilet but I said I didn't need that, I just needed the hose on the side. He mentioned that their price was $300 unless I needed a new toilet which would be at least $450. He also said I wouldn't get a better price elsewhere.
