I'm so glad I chose Tualatin Valley after some research and quotes. They offered the most competitive pricing and were easy to communicate with. We were on the schedule for the next week but we managed to secure a snowmageddon time slot from a cancellation. Weston and Joel replaced our water heater today and I'm back to taking hot showers! They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely work with them again on other plumbing projects.

I'd like to thank TV Plumbing for turning what originally was a unfortunate hiccup into another satisfied customer.

At no fault really of theirs, someone called with the same first name to cancel in haste and well, they thought it was me and so couple of hours of my life I won't get back. The owner called me and promised it'll never happen again and that they'll change their protocol and asked what can they try and do to make it right. I appreciate the customer oriented reach out. We got a quote a week later and I went with them.

They came highly recommended by my very strict HOA as they've done numerous water heater replacements here. And in this condo neighborhood, the water heaters are in closets, with a requirement for direct vent models and obviously limited space to work. Not to mention ground slope variations that may require a pan or not. They had a lot of history here and clearly know what they are doing. They even installed a leak sensor unit on mine so any leaks and water is shut off. Very nice.

All in all a job well done for this very complex install. They were kind enough to even maintain and even upgrade a water spout so I can water my pots with a garden hose.

Take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. They are worth getting an estimate. Overall I would say they are very price competitive, but you get what you pay for so it may or may not be a bit more for the quality of work I feel you'll be getting.

Special thanks to Ronny and Treven for working in 38F degree weather all morning to get this done. Buying them coffee was the least I could do.

Codey was great. Diagnosed the problem with the plumbing under the kitchen sink and came up with a quick creative solution to solve the problem of the pee trap being on backwards due to original plumbing location. Completed the work quickly and everything is working great.

Had a water heater that showed signs of leaking, needed replacement. Contacted several companies and Tualatin Valley Plumbing was by far the superior experience. They got back to me within an hour with an estimate and would have been able to come out the same day had I been available.
The other companies either never responded, or took several days to respond, all with higher bids. One would only provide an estimate after sending a technician out along with a $75 charge (refunded if I went with them).
Tualatin Valley Plumbing came out the next day. Two guys had everything replaced in under an hour. Couldn't be happier and will recommend them for any plumbing need.

I had to have my main water line replaced on my house. (No fun!) I knew this would not be an easy job, as a portion of my driveway needs to be removed. I was very impressed with TVP. Larry came out and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done, and how they could do it. Very professional and thorough. They handled all the permits / inspections - called to have all underground utilities marked. (Safety first!)
