Our hot water heater ruptured, water everywhere, I shut it down. Called many plumbers and no one could come for many days. One plumber who could not schedule the work actually recommended we try Tualatin Valley Plumbing. I am so glad we did! Chris who answered my call took care if everything and was super helpful. They sent out a team same day! Joel and Weston were the plumbers who came to the house. They are the best! super friendly and efficient. They did a great job and got our hot water back on line right quick. Prices were right in line with other plumbers I called. I am so glad they were recommended to me me and I called. Now I feel like I have a great plumbing company I can trust to call in the future. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Tualatin Valley Plumbing! Larry, the owner, came out personally to discuss my project (repiping my house from galvanized pipes and replacing a hot water heater). His bid was competitive but it was his passion for his business, his customers, and his workmanship that sold me. Weston and Joel showed up a week later and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done professionally and on-time. They even found a few ""what were they thinking"" items like uninsulated pipes from a recent home addition - and went ahead and took care of it, no questions asked. They communicated every step of the way, making sure I was updated on progress and satisfied with the work being done. I would definitely hire them again... and recommend you do the same if you are in need of plumbing service.

A belated thank you to Codey and Ronnie, who worked on fixing a leak in the crawlspace for one of my bathrooms back in February, and Brentin, for fixing a leak in my kitchen sink in June. TVP came highly recommended by friends. I know why now. The company offers free quotes and one-year warranties for their work. I hired another company (before TVP) that charged steep fees for just coming to look at the issue to give you a quote, and their work did not come with any guarantees! Plumbers with TVP bring a booklet with prices for the work they expect to do. I really appreciate how transparent and honest TVP does business. The quality of the work is A+++. The guys are so professional, knowledgeable and respectful.

We have 2 older toilets that run too long and one of them had a small leak from the supply line. After researching plumbers who serve our area (Happy Valley), we chose TVP. After reading so many positive reviews, we thought we would give them a try. First of all, when we made our initial phone call, someone answered right away. That was a nice surprise. We were initially scheduled for early August but they were able to push us up on the schedule. Our plumber (Brenton) called when he was about 20 minutes out. He had finished up his previous job so he was able to come early. He checked to make sure that was convenient for us. Again, nice surprise that he even asked. We are fully vaccinated, but he asked if we prefer that he wear a mask. We told him no need. It was very considerate and responsible of him to ask about our comfort level regarding the mask issue. After he had a chance to check out both toilets and made recommendations, my partner decided that he could handle the job himself and Brenton agreed. He also told us that there would be no charge for the visit. This is an unusual benefit for any company to offer. When we do encounter any plumbing issue or upgrade in the future, we will definitely call on them first. The level of customer service Brenton provided is truly rare and that alone is worth it.

My hot water heater died during the ice storm earlier this year. They came out the next day (on a weekend) and replaced it for me. The job went quickly, and the pricing was reasonable.

Charles and his associate did a great job. They replaced our instant hot water tank dispense, our kitchen faucet spray/stream wand and tighten up the on/off hot/cold water faucet control. They were in and out in an hour.

We'll definitely call TVP when we again need a plumber.

Treven came out on a Friday around 1:30 pm to our place in Brightwood. He replaced the old broken garbage disposal and fixed the placement of the dishwasher hose (it was a mess), replaced the guts in our downstairs toilet and fixed my outdoor faucet in less than 5 minutes at no charge! The faucet had been leaking for years, but I didn't know who to call. I saw a recommendation on Nextdoor and decided to give them a call. I am so glad I did! The pricing was a flat rate with no surprises. Treven worked quickly and was done before I knew it. I definitely will recommend them to anyone who asks!

Tualatin Valley Plumbing came out to my old farm house in Damascus to replace some nearly 100-year old cast iron drain piping for my kitchen sink. I called several other plumbers and they were ALL booked out for at least a week, and I was booked out for something approaching 6-weeks! That doesn't work very well when you have a plumbing emergency and gray-water leaking profusely into your basement! Tualatin Valley Plumbing came out within 2 days and replaced the whole shebang with ABS piping for $650.00 which is just about exactly what I thought it was going to cost - competitive pricing in the market for these days! Use 'em, they are good and prompt as well!

Treven quickly repaired some corroded pipes and a faulty PRV for us. The team was very responsive and service was a great value. During the estimate Larry noticed our street side water shut off valve was damaged and coordinated a repair response from the city. This group goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

TVP replaced our main sewer lines - old cast iron pipes - underneath our slab foundation. This job was a big one and was completed with knowledgeable and highly skilled plumbers. I appreciate Charles and his confident outlook as well as being sympathetic to the homeowner's situation. He had great ideas, such as, creating a new path for some of the sewer lines to reduce the amount of concrete that needed to be repaired. I appreciate Cody and Ronnie's skill as well and their ideas and hard work.
