Needed quick help with our toilet. Even though it was the Thu afternoon before Christmas weekend, Tualatin Valley Plumbing was able to send out someone the very next morning. The ice storm happened and they understandably needed to reschedule, but they were here right after the holiday weekend. Race was super nice took care of our issue in under an hour, and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended based on our experience.

I sent out a request for a plumber and Tualatin Valley responded very quickly, like in minutes. My partner hired someone else so we didn't use them but I was very impressed with that quick and polite response and I'll remember this company in the future.

Called yesterday for a broken shower handle and two leaky shower heads. Lady on the phone said she could fit me in next day as there was a cancellation.

Race called me about 30 minutes prior to confirm appointment (middle the appt window) and reason for the service call.

He showed up on time, answered some questions and made the recommendations without delay. I like that the lady on the phone and the person that came to my house were synced on the message of what's included in 'free estimate' and what's the process for repair with upfront pricing. Really helped build trust that this is a legit business operation.

It was a good experience and will use/recommend this company, again.

We needed our kitchen sink replaced, so called to get a quote. It was a little higher than what we were expecting, but their professionalism is top notch so we made the appointment. It was worth it. Race came out to do the work, a very nice & professional young man, and was able to remove the 23 year old sink from a tiled counter top without any damage. The new sink looks amazing and we're very happy. We will definitely be calling again for future pluming needs.

Our water heater broke last night in our rental property. When I called in the morning the tech who answered the phone was super polite and responsive. Joel came to our house and promptly replaced the water heater - same day. Great team and great service! Would recommend to anyone.

I hired Tualatin Valley Plumbing to fix a broken hose bib that had burst. The entire process went smoothly from the moment they wrote me back here on Yelp, to scheduling, to the quick repair that took place shortly after. I wish I could remember the technician's name, but he did a great job. It was a fixed price for this repair rather than an hourly rate, which I like. I would definitely hire again.

My basement sewer pipe broke. I got quotes from 3 companies and they were all about the same but I decided to use Tualatin Valley Pluming because their response time was fast and I had a very good impression.
Charles and Joel did such a wonderful job in short period. They dug new sewage route, put new pipes, filled back with cement in 4 days, 1 full day and 3 half days. They were very responsible and reliable. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again when I need help. They gained another happy customer.

Two young men installed a new faucet in the master bathroom, new insides to the toilet and tighten up the shower handle a month ago and then this morning the vessel sink started leaking. After calling the office, they sent a older gentleman out fix loose vessel sink fittings and reattached the shower handle. Within a hour of my asking for help. Amazing service and wonderful staff. We highly recommend these plumbers and service.

They were able to install a new hot water heater the next day. Ours was leaking and on the verge of failure. The price was just what we were expecting due to researching and gaining multiple estimates. The only issue I had was, to my surprise, I ended up with no water flowing in my upstairs sink and shower. The lines had not been cleared to the upstairs after the install was done. Once I turned it on, there was initially lots of air and water, but then it slowed to a trickle. After a couple minutes of confusion it dawned on me. Removed the faucet screens and cleared all the sediment which had been loosened during the removal and install. It would have been nice to have had all the lines checked prior to the technician leaving. Besides that small glitch, everything else was great. Will contact them again should the need arise.
