Tim was very easy to work with to arrange an appointment (via Yelp). The day of the work, he arrived on time and was very Covid aware in his practices as he wore a mask, left his shoes at the door, kept his space, etc. Tim did the requested work (replaced three bathroom faucets) in the exact time period and cost he quoted, plus he found a couple of extra issues that he also quickly fixed (with my consent) at a reasonable price. He also provided insight on a separate plumbing matter that will be helpful to me dealing with the manufacturer on a warranty issue. I highly recommend Tim for all plumbing matters. He is a quality professional and a genuinely nice guy. I will use him again without hesitation for any future plumbing needs.

I would give 10 stars if I could. This past weekend, one of our drains clogged and I couldn't find anyone to come fix it within a reasonable time frame. I called TTL Plumbing and they came the first thing the next morning (I had called in the late afternoon). Tim provided some of the best customer service ever. He was super positive and walked me through everything he did, which I really appreciated being that the clogged drain had caused me some stress. He followed up with me before my appointment, was on time, was in and out within 30 minutes, and fixed everything up! I will definitely be reaching out to TTL for any of my other plumbing needs.

We had a somewhat time sensitive plumbing issue dealing with water pressure and I found Tim on Nextdoor. I called and spoke with Jade who had Tim call me back within the hour. I sent pics and explained the situation Tim gave me a good estimate over the phone and from the conversation I felt comfortable to commit. Tim said he'd show up at 9 the next day and perfectly on time he arrived Covid ready and did the work. Tim also noticed that the shutoff valve was installed incorrectly and while it wasn't critical to fix he offered to handle at the same time.

Overall I am very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work Tim did. He gave me a 90 day warranty on the work but said if anything goes wrong after to give him a call. I am glad to have called Tim and will seek him out for all of my plumbing repair work! Thanks Tim and Jade!

Our toilet had a leak at the base and needed a wax ring replaced. I got a referral from a neighbor to call Tim. He was able to give a quote on the phone. We also had a slow drain in the tub. He examined the problem and took the drain plate out and it seemed that the water was running slow because of the plate. He also took a look at the leaking faucet and advised to replace the cartridges. Tim is professional, honest, and friendly. He wore a mask and wiped down the surfaces and floors. He worked efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

We had a clogged sink and no hot water on a Saturday morning. We called around to 4 different plumbers and they were either busy or wanted to schedule for the next day, but it was our kitchen sink and we cook a lot and needed to take hot showers, so we couldn't wait!! A man name Tim answered on the 1st call and said he can be there around 3-4pm. When he came to the house, he was wearing protective gear, mask, goggles & gloves. I felt quite comfortable to let him in the house. He got the sink job done quickly and efficiently. Now for the cold water, he looked at our water heater & being that it was 10 yrs old, it needed to be replaced. He said he'll have to go get it & asked if we could wait another 2hrs. Well, of course! I'm not taking a cold shower!! Haha. He came back & installed a brand new water heater. We had hot water by 7ish! I definitely recommend and will call them again when needed!

I use Yelp a lot, but rarely leave reviews. I felt compelled to do so after using TTL Plumbing for a 3rd time. They are excellent. They are very responsive and show up on time. I've used them to fIx a leaky toilet, install a new faucet, and clear a stopped main line. They perform their work with cleanliness and friendliness. I highly recommend them.
