I can understand the hype of TTL plumbing! Searching for a good plumber was taxing, but definitely worth it. Tim and Thiem we're an excellent duo at completing a perfect new toilet installation at my house. They were quick and efficient and had the best prices. I even had them work my second toilet upstairs because it kept ""running water"" and Tim fixed it right away. Best customer service thanks to Jade over text as well. I am so happy I have sent TTL's plumbing information to all my neighbors as a reference for their plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed to give them a call!

TTL is the best! My water heater failed on Wednesday evening. Water running all over my garage. I put a service request out on Yelp. Jade from TTL was the first to respond, at 6:06PM! Really friendly family business. I called and talked with Jade and she put Tim on the phone. He answered all my questions and asked me to send a photo of my current water heater. He got right back to me with a reasonable price and arrived at my home on Thursday morning to do the install. The install was the most meticulous I have ever experienced, he even vacuumed the dust and spider webs that were behind the old water heater. Clean, tidy, and meticulous!

Our hot water heater began leaking and Tim helped avert a disaster when the shut off valve did not do what it was supposed to do. Tim is skilled and knowledgeable. He was able to replace the water heater and circulation pump, and he also repaired the toilet fill mechanism and effectively cleared a sink drain. We were happy with their response, care, attention to detail, and the ability to explain the steps to restore function. A keeper!

Had an emergency leak of an upstairs bathroom drain. It was a Saturday after Thanksgiving and had family visiting from out of state (of course) when I noticed water stains on our ceiling downstairs below the master bathroom and heard dripping after each toilet flush.

I started a Yelp! Project and was contacted by several plumbers right away. Jade was the first to contact me and she had Tim come to our house in less than 1 hour for an investigation. I thought for sure he was going to have to cut open the ceiling to get to the drain, and he assured me 9/10 times it's just the toilet wax seal leaking. He pulled the toilet first to check out the seal and sure enough it needed replacement; no ceiling cuts required!

The leaking/dripping has stopped, and it took him less than 1 hour to do the job. He was courteous, professional, responsive, wore a mask, removed his shoes while in the house, and cleaned up after he was done. Very reasonable price considering the circumstances.

I will contact TTL with any future plumbing needs!

He was messaging me all throughout the day and night to get my problem fixed properly. He came the following morning and got the problem solved in about 15 minutes. This review is for repair of kitchen sink tubular pipes that Tim repaired back in March 2022. It was a great experience from beginning to end. TTL was prompt in providing estimate for the job and gave us best quote of all. On the day of repair they arrived on time, delivered high quality work, finished job in time and left everything in order.
