Both Tim and Jade were so prompt in their response to our request. We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and Tim did a wonderful job. Very quick and efficient. He had a friendly personality that my 2.5yr old son, who met him for just half hour, keeps talking about him. Great service and highly recommend.

We were very happy with the service we got from TTL pluming. Tim was very responsive, gave us a quote right away and arrived on time to do the job. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He did a good job explaining his work and cleaned up afterwards. TTL will be my go to plumber should any future issues come up.

Estimate was reasonable (compared to other 2 guys), and Tim was honest and didn't play any games with inflating final price. Good communication throughout from the 1st contact, worked efficiently , wore a mask (without my asking), and took his shoes off before entering house (without my asking). Last but not least Tim promptly wrote up a detailed invoice when I paid (again without my asking).
2 other companies responded, one gave me estimate that was over $100 MORE. 2nd company gave me estimate of $350 MORe for 1/2 the job. They said they wouldn't know how much for dishwasher until they started---so ridiculous (and shameless).
Anyways I fully recommend TTL plumbing if you want an honest company that will get the job done.

This review has been long overdue. I called Tim few months ago as I suspected a water leak. He was able to come the same day and found a cracked ptrap pipe for one of my showers. He was able to get the part and come the next day to fix it. Tim does a great job explaining what the issue is, what he will do to fix the issue and gives a very reasonable price as well. You can tell Tim and his crew take great pride in their work. After being really satisfied with the work that was done I called Tim back about a month ago when I experience a drippy sink faucet and he was able to come the next day and get it taken care of. I highly recommend TTL plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!

Tim is just the best. Despite his busy schedule he came to our house on a Saturday to inspect why the water was leaking from the floor. He was on time. Within a few minutes he established that the problem was with the refrigerator cold water line, and that this was an appliance job. He did not charge us for the courtesy visit or the diagnosis. A thorough gentleman and professional! He would be my first choice for the next plumbing job.
