Tim was referred to me by my boss and I am so glad she did. Tim had great communication, very helpful, on time and reasonably priced. Our sink stopped draining and started leaking underneath. Nothing I tried worked but Tim came and fixed it within 20minutes. He also let me ask him about other issues I was having (we are renting and ""normal wear and tear "" is our responsibility). Our property manager has sent vendors that have told us everything was fine when clearly it wasn't. I will definitely be calling Tim back to address our other issues.

My shower faucet starts to leak and I was trying to replace the whole unit to fix the issue and I was looking for the good plumber. Tim is the first person to insist we do not need to replace a whole thing, just replace the cartridge. he told me how to purchace the right replacement and I got it within 1-2 days. He also told me that the current old faucet is highend (I didn't aware), it is not good idea to thrown away.

He came my house and replace the cartridge with 1/5 of the price what I originally asked since we just replace the cartridge. it was original cassette, must be ~25yrs old.

He is not only for professional plumber also VERY honest.
I can finally find the great plumber in bay area.

I requested plumbing quotes through Yelp for a stuck kitchen sink. Got a ton of responses from various plumbers, but only TTL plumbing gave me a quote which was for a set amount to fix the clog. All the other plumbers only provided open ended quotes where I felt they would be dishonest. TTL was fast with their response, came on time, and fixed the issue quick. Would use them again.
