I requested plumbing quotes through Yelp for a stuck kitchen sink. Got a ton of responses from various plumbers, but only TTL plumbing gave me a quote which was for a set amount to fix the clog. All the other plumbers only provided open ended quotes where I felt they would be dishonest. TTL was fast with their response, came on time, and fixed the issue quick. Would use them again.

They came out to replace mine garbage disposal. He was right on time. He was very professional and courteous and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and did the job absolutely perfectly. Would definitely recommend him and his company.

Very easy to communicate with (first via Yelp, then text message). Jade was prompt in figuring out with the issue and scheduling Tim to come out.

Tim was friendly and professional. Masked I needed the cartridges replaced in the shower. He replaced them and sealed the handles. Working great now.

What can I say other than delete ALL your plumbing contacts from your phone and keep ONLY TTL Plumbing! I'm overwhelmed with nothing but great vibes and emotional gratitude for this plumbing company I found on Yelp. I originally made an appointment with Roto-Rooter because well the name is well known and I had their services in the years past. My appointment was on Monday, with such a horrible customer phone service, technicians (MIA), no correspondence, no committed techs came to my house! Until this morning after 1030 am a Technician came over and refused Rooter service. Not my fault that the Customer Service Rep didn't dispatch to cancel his route to my house.

I went to Yelp and sent my request for a free estimate and reasonable price range. TTL Plumbing was the first to respond in matter of few minutes!!! I spoke to Jade and told her my dilemma with Rooter Company. She took the time to introduce her business and went over the price range that was sweet cost in my ear!
Jade also mentioned what I ever heard from Rooter was, ""we have 30 days warranty"" this was definitely a plus to hear.
Somehow, I had a good vibe with her on phone and I said yes! I want your service even if it's this Friday. She reassured me that Tim was going to make the appointment Friday. Hence, having a bad day she went and had Tim squeeze me in his busy day, HOW AWESOME IS THAT! I felt calm and happy that I only had to deal with 1 customer service person. Jade called me back and said Tim will come in an hour today to my home. It wasn't even half hour and there this guy stood in front of my house!! Tim the Plumber Tech!!! Omg! Imagine my excitement to see a real person to take care of my clogged bathtub for 3 days!
Tim was kind and so friendly. He acknowledged my son ""buddy"" like it was natural and personal. I liked that! I felt at ease and HE GOT THE JOB DONE in 20 minutes!!! THANK YOU JADE FOR A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THANK YOU TIM FOR UNCLOGGING MY TUB and my hot water in my sink.

Sometimes, we feel at ease because of big well known companies. That isn't always true that they can provide good service.
Follow your gut and it's okay to seek and try other service whatever it may be that you need.

Awesome! Tim was able to come out same day and was really efficient and fixed the stopper in my sink and retrieved my earring that had fallen down the drain. He also helped answer a few other questions I had about my kitchen faucet. Would definitely hire him again to help with future plumbing issues.

We had two toilets that were a little wonky and we wanted to get them checked out. I sent out a quote request via Yelp and TTL was the most responsive and helpful. Providing upfront quotes and availability the next day. His initial quotes were very reasonable. TBH I was at first a little apprehensive because he didn't have a lot of reviews but of the reviews he does have, they're very solid. I am glad we went with TTL, Tim came 10 minutes before the scheduled time (3-5PM) and noticed we were a shoes off household, so he removed his shoes without being prompted. He wore his mask the entire time and was very respectful of our home. He checked the first toilet and it worked fine, he tested it a bit and made sure (didn't charge us) and then checked the second toilet. While he said he could fix it (there were three things he had to fix) he said the toilet wasn't in really good shape (very old and had calcification) and it would be throwing good money after bad, so he recommend replacing the toilet. He provided spot on quotes for the cost of a new Kohler toilet and a really reasonable price for labor to replace and dispose of the old toilet. We agreed and he went to Home Depot to pick up the supplies. It only took him about an hour to replace the toilet and he did a very neat job, cleaning up after himself and making sure everything worked well. He also threw in a new tube (that connects the toilet to the water line) because he said our existing one was kinked and he was worried about it.

All in all it was a good experience, he was very thorough, organized, friendly/helpful, and reasonably priced. I'd recommend him to friends and family.
