T & T Plumbing, Tom - Highly recommend this guy, would give him 10 stars if possible. Tom and his assistance are both professional and courteous. Easy to work with, honest, and knowledgeable. Had him installed a tankless water heater - did a great job. I will continue to use T & T should i have a need for a plumber again.

I've called Tom out a few times now, and he's one of the best plumbers I've ever hired. I had him install a new water heater. The work looks great, and I've had no issues with it. The price was the lowest quote I got, and he installed a very high end unit. I also called him for some gas work on a dryer. A different plumber quoted $950 work, but Tom taught me how to connect everything safely and avoid redoing any of the existing plumbing. He's earned my trust and all of my future business.

We hired this plumber based on the previous review, thank you so much and DITTO to everything you said! We had our house water valve pressure regulator replaced by Tom. It was leaking quite a lot. We were extremely pleased. He is nice, personable, does an excellent job, and he was very reasonable on the price for the work. He is very easy to communicate with, reliable, honest, and has integrity, and that's what we wanted!

I worked with Tom on three separate occasions.

THE FIRST was after purchasing my home and the inspector found water bellied up from pipes on the front lawn. This could have been a disastrous situation if the water burst and leaked into the street. I needed someone to fix it ASAP and got a few recommendations for plumbers from friends or the inspectors that checked out my house. Tom was the most cost effective, best communicator, and reliable. He came out the quickest and fixed it without me ever even needing to come by. He was MILES cheaper than the other plumbers too. I mailed him his check and never had an issue since.

THE SECOND was after a leak in my bathroom a year later. I texted Tom for some DIY advice. He advised me on how to fix the situation on my own twice. Instead of paying a plumber hundreds, if not thousands, Tom gave me advice where I was able to solve the small situation myself. It cost me $13.

THE THIRD was today when my WATER HEATER broke a few days ago. I thought I was screwed because it's in the middle of all this craziness going on in LA with the Coronavirus. Tom offered to come out within days and even talked me out of getting a much more expensive option that others have pushed on me. He explained he could do either but wanted me to know why the cheaper option was a better option for me personally and my home situation (tank vs tankless). It saved me 2 thousand dollars. Today, he came on time, communicated about when he was coming, reliable as always, and fixed the situation for me effectively and efficiently.

He is such an easy going guy with a positive energy and could charge people arms and legs for his work, but he doesn't. I HIGHLY recommend Tom to ANYONE who needs ANYTHING done from a sealed toilet bowl or a complete bathroom remodel. He is among the best of the best.
