I worked with Tom on three separate occasions.

THE FIRST was after purchasing my home and the inspector found water bellied up from pipes on the front lawn. This could have been a disastrous situation if the water burst and leaked into the street. I needed someone to fix it ASAP and got a few recommendations for plumbers from friends or the inspectors that checked out my house. Tom was the most cost effective, best communicator, and reliable. He came out the quickest and fixed it without me ever even needing to come by. He was MILES cheaper than the other plumbers too. I mailed him his check and never had an issue since.

THE SECOND was after a leak in my bathroom a year later. I texted Tom for some DIY advice. He advised me on how to fix the situation on my own twice. Instead of paying a plumber hundreds, if not thousands, Tom gave me advice where I was able to solve the small situation myself. It cost me $13.

THE THIRD was today when my WATER HEATER broke a few days ago. I thought I was screwed because it's in the middle of all this craziness going on in LA with the Coronavirus. Tom offered to come out within days and even talked me out of getting a much more expensive option that others have pushed on me. He explained he could do either but wanted me to know why the cheaper option was a better option for me personally and my home situation (tank vs tankless). It saved me 2 thousand dollars. Today, he came on time, communicated about when he was coming, reliable as always, and fixed the situation for me effectively and efficiently.

He is such an easy going guy with a positive energy and could charge people arms and legs for his work, but he doesn't. I HIGHLY recommend Tom to ANYONE who needs ANYTHING done from a sealed toilet bowl or a complete bathroom remodel. He is among the best of the best.

While we may have had a small slab leak which necessitated calling Tom at T&T Plumbing, we are happy we had a chance to find such a superb plumber. After having noticed some water slowly leaking near our water heater in the garage, we called Tom who came over early the next morning to diagnose the problem. He recommended a formal leak detection process to identify which specific line it was before beginning work. Tom laid out the two basic approaches to slab leaks: direct approach versus rerouting and the benefits and trade offs of each.

We ended up going with Tom to perform a rerouting of the pipe -- the one that was leaking (the hot one) and the corresponding cold one which suggested we replace since we are opening up drywall anyway. The project was done in a single day in the least invasive way possible.

It was a relatively stress free process for having a slab leak. We highly recommend Tom at T&T Plumbing and will be going to him for any of our plumbing needs.

Tom did my whole house re-pipe (Gas & Water) a couple of years ago, as well as installed my whole house filters and tankless water heater. His work was top-notch, he's the kind of person that pays real close attention to detail (as you can tell from the pictures) It's been about 3yrs and my whole house filter has never leaked in the connections, also my set up has a real nice custom look to it (Tom has style, he can make plumbing look good). I'll post up pictures after he switches my tanks out in a week or so.

I call Tom when I need something done right and I can't trust another to mess it up.
