Tim really helped us out when our toilet got blocked and was overflowing. He came in the evening, long past business hours, unclogged the toilet for us, charging us an incredibly reasonable amount of money. He was courteous and swift in fixing the issue. I would highly recommend him!
I much prefer his neighborly business model than the more bureaucratic big businesses.
If I could give him a hundred stars I would :)

Tim took my call late in the evening on his way back and was nice enough to address my water heater woes that same night. I had a unique problem of the burner going off with a pop which no other plumber was willing to investigate. You could tell how well Tim understands plumbing systems from the way he went about troubleshooting the issue. Hands-down the best service provider ever of any kind!

I can't say enough thanks and praise, he showed up in a plumbing emergency and stayed on the job till the job was done. He knew from the start it was going to be an extremely tough repair but never faltered and always stayed positive which for some pretty nervous people was a refreshing sight. After calling almost a dozen plumbers who either did not return my call or were unavailable, Tim called me back right away after leaving him a voicemail.

Tim was able to come out same day, pretty quickly after speaking with him on the phone. He arrived on time, was very patient and clear in explaining my problem, and thorough with all my questions. I did not actually get the work done with TRZ but Tim didn't make me uncomfortable or awkward. His expertise and professionalism was very appreciated especially dealing with something as nerve racking as plumbing issues. Thanks, Tim!

I've got to give Tim from TRZ Plumbing 5 stars for good work, being honest and flexible with making time in the evening and weekends to get things done. My brother-in-law had used TRZ before and suggested calling Tim to replace my garbage disposal. I know it wasn't a big job, but I didn't want to risk it and Tim quoted me at a decent price if I provided the disposal myself.

After coming over one evening, Tim showed me that the pipes under my sink actually had been worn down as they were metal and the leak was not only coming from the garbage disposal, but the pipes themselves which had worn down. He didn't want to do half the job, so he ended up replacing the pipes under the sink. I know the job went way longer than he expected, but he did an outstanding job. Because the problem was a bit unexpected I knew it would cost more and was prepared for something terrible, but Tim was very fair in pricing.

There was one small leak where old metal piping went into the rubber pipes he installed, so we set up another day for him to come by and he fixed it in minutes.

As you can see from all the reviews, I'm not alone in praising Tim. If you need anything regarding plumbing, you should definitely call TRZ.

Long story short: Tim is awesome, very responsive and quick. Came fast, fixed our clog in 15 minutes and even attempted to clean up after... which i didn't allow :)
