Called for a quote and the plumber said they could only do in person quotes. I rearranged my work schedule to be available.

The plumber that came was very nice and professional. However, the quote was very high for a labor only job. I had the supplies and the faucet, so all I needed was a professionals service. I was quoted close to $300. I passed and will look for another plumber.

One of my tenants reported a leak at the end of the day. After getting navigating through answering services and call backs I reached out to Trusty Plumbing. Brandon actually answered the phone, discussed my issue, and had a tech assigned right away. The tech was very timely, called me multiple times to update me, and diagnosed and repaired the leak very quickly. If there were 10 stars for rating, I would give it! I had a house full of guests and 2 of 3 toilets went out of commission. Despite what sounded like an already full schedule, they fit me in. Jaime arrived quickly, assessed the situation and walked me through the options. He was very polite, professional, and easy to work with. He repaired the issues for both toilets quickly and I am so relieved. The cost was very reasonable, especially compared to a company I had come out some month ago. My husband and I had a great experience with Dominic at Trusty Plumbing. We were having some issues with our hot water and had another company come out previously who completely misdiagnosed the issue and gave us a hefty quote for services we didn't need. I have been a property manager for almost 30 years and I have worked with many licensed contractors. When I was notified about a water leak at a property that I manage I called the plumber I was using for the past couple of years. They were unable to respond in a timely manner so they referred me to Trusty Pluming.

Dominic answered the phone and from the moment we spoke I knew this was going to be a good experience. Dominic came out right away and located two leaks (wax seal around the toilet and bathtub drain seal). The water had damaged the ceiling of a neighbor's garage so we had to coordinate the repair with the tenant, neighbor, and property owner. Dominic worked with everyone involved to schedule and complete the repairs.

Trusty Plumbing is now my number one plumber of choice for my rental properties!

100% without a doubt recommend Trusty Plumbing! Specifically Dom from Trusty Plumbing is the best! He is super responsive and super, super helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. He came to my new apartment several times with a hot water heater debacle we had going on and while he was there helped with a couple other issues I had no questions asked. He is super pleasant and super helpful. Definitely recommend them if you need a trusty (see what I did there) plumber who's fast and knows what they are doing!
