Trusty is the best! We got back from an international trip to a leak in our home and called them in a panic for plumbing help. Highly highly recommend Trusty Drain!!!! Where to start? They are incredibly reliable...I mean when have you ever said that about a plumber?? Their prices are very competitive, they do amazing work, and the employees and owner are responsive, very kind, and professional.

We have used them for emergencies and they have been fast to fit us in as well as figured out issues and solved them very quickly. Currently we have them working on a bathroom addition and they have been so great. They are busy but they know we are in a rush to finish this project so they have bent over backwards to make sure our project gets done.

I wish that there were 10 stars to give these guys! Dominic and Wyatt have saved my bacon a couple of times now. This last time, I drilled a hole through a copper pipe in our laundry room. The guys showed up this morning and got right to work and finished up in less than an hour. Professional, friendly and totally reasonable pricing. I can't recommend these guys enough. We will get all of our plumbing needs taken care of by Trusty Drain.

I had 4 clogged bathroom sink drains. You think there would be a common cause but only one needed snaking the others were a simpler fix. Dominic and Wyatt were very professional, wearing masks, offered to take off boots. They were at the house 2 hours after I called. I would highly recommend them. My dogs a good judge of character, he liked them too.

Dominic was super helpful with clearing out a clogged bathtub drain. He was easy to communicate with over the phone and via text. He even sent me videos once the service was complete because I couldn't be there. I would definitely use his services again!

Our toilet wasn't flushing after using the plunger and snake. Dominic responded and called me within 10 minutes. We had a guy (who was incredibly nice and took his shoes off for us) was here within 2 hours and he used a longer auger to unclog the toilet and cleaned everything up. Very please with this company.

This isn't the first time we have had trusty drain come out, but this time I found a water filled bubble in the ceiling of the garage. Of course my husband and as out of town and unavailable, so I called Dominic at Trusty Drain. He walked me through shutting off my water and made it over same day. He cut out all the wet drywall, replaced the pipe and was done I'd say in less than an hour! I'm so grateful for his kindness and empathy of what I was going through that day.

Very professional and amazing service! Trusty train relocated my plumbing to fit under my new window. They changed the pipes that were there since 1960 and then came back to install sink/ dishwasher.
