Late Friday night (after regular business hours and well into ""emergency call"" territory) both our toilets and showers backed up. The plunger wasn't going to fix this problem and we dare not call a big name plumber with us over a barrel. We waited til morning and my husband called a place that specializes in clearing lines but they didn't have any availability and recommended another plumber. The second plumber didn't have any availability until Saturday night. One call to Trusty Plumbers and Mitch was out within the hour. He quickly and efficiently cleared the line and thoroughly explained the issue and our long term options. Lesson learned: call Trusty Plumbers first!

AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. We are so grateful! Highly recommend!

My mom needed a garbage disposal replaced. I saw that a friend mentioned this company online, so I checked their reviews. She knows the owner somehow. Good reviews. I used Yelp's estimate tool to get quotes from three different, local plumbers within minutes, all with similar availability. I found that Trusty Plumbers costs about is 47% more. I asked if they would like to beat their competitor's pricing or if they could at least provide a justification for the additional charge, but I haven't yet been able to get a response. We aren't sure what the hype is all about. I guess this is a good reminder to do your homework. It's not difficult, and it just saved me over $200. You will be glad that you did.

This company is amazing! They are friendly, explain things in detail and give you all your options. They will not stop until the problem is solved. First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.
