AMAZING plumbing company! We'll never use another plumber again. We recently moved into our new home and needed several faucets replaced, shower head updated, waterline installed, and a pedestal sink installed. Mitch and his great team came to the rescue! We've met three of their technicians and each one has been professional, knowledgeable, and quick! Charlene is also amazing and scheduled all appointments quickly and worked with our schedule. They also text appointment reminders and even send a little blurb about which technician you can expect to show up. We couldn't have found a better plumbing company to trust our home with. We are so grateful! Highly recommend!

My mom needed a garbage disposal replaced. I saw that a friend mentioned this company online, so I checked their reviews. She knows the owner somehow. Good reviews. I used Yelp's estimate tool to get quotes from three different, local plumbers within minutes, all with similar availability. I found that Trusty Plumbers costs about is 47% more. I asked if they would like to beat their competitor's pricing or if they could at least provide a justification for the additional charge, but I haven't yet been able to get a response. We aren't sure what the hype is all about. I guess this is a good reminder to do your homework. It's not difficult, and it just saved me over $200. You will be glad that you did.

First time having to call a plumber and Trusty Plumbers made is very easy for me. Got a free estimate same day I called in and got a great quote to replace a major pipe underneath the house. They came the next day fixed it and only took 2 hours. Daniel and his apprentice did amazing work. Definitely the only plumbers I will ever call.

Mitch and team rock. Had a water heater problem. Fixed it in a day even though first replaced part didn't solve it. Also reminded me to check on manufacturer warranty - which saved me a bundle as I only ended up paying for labor. Answered all my questions and gave me honest guidance on what to do and not do. Our toilet wasn't Flushing so I called on Trusty Plumbers. Daniel was scheduled to come out on Friday morning between 8 and 9 a.m. and he arrived about 8:20 a.m. and provided us with very prompt & efficient service with a smile. Our toilet was back in good working order in just a flash! I would highly recommend Trusty Plumbers to all my friends and family as they are honest, not overpriced and provide excellent customer service!

I love Trusty Plumbers! The best customer service and the best technicians. Today I had a whole house back and they were very understanding and able to get a technician out right away. Edwin was very professional and went above and beyond to explain what was going on in my pipes and make recommendations about how to prevent future problems. He explained services Trusty Plumbers offered as well as things we could do on our own. Its great to have a plumber you can trust to give you there professional advice without trying to upsell.

I've also used them on rental properties and they are a lifesaver. They understand how to communicate with tenants as well as owners. They contact my tenants right away to schedule and are always sure to call on arrival to explain the problem and get my approval before doing any work. I can't recommend them enough!
