We used ""Trusted"" (an ironic word for this company) Plumbing and Heating to replace our entire water plumbing system and water heater about 2 years ago. The installation went fairly well. The person in charge (Nathan) was good but wasn't getting good helpers from the company. Eventually, the installation was done, and all was good.

Now, two years later, the pilot light on the water heater won't stay lit. I called ""Trusted"" and set up an appointment. In the meantime, I called Rheem/Ruud and since the water heater was still under warranty, they sent me the part needed and gave me a courtesy labor allowance for installation. I called ""Trusted"" back to schedule a new appointment and let them know the part would be here the next day. They were able to come out the next day, so the appointment was set.

The part came on time and ""Trusted"" came very soon afterwards. Then the problems started. Since I had a courtesy labor allowance from Rheem/Ruud, I asked how much it was going to cost to install the part. The technician called the office and was told the cost would be $500. This $500 included the cost of labor AND the cost of the part, which I already had from Rheem/Ruud. They were planning to install the part, charge me and then get reimbursed by the company. I guess I might have gotten some sort of refund from ""Trusted"" after they were reimbured by the company, but I have my doubts.

That's quite the racket.

Anyway, if you are still reading after this long story, the moral of the story is: if you use this company to get any sort of new plumbing done, don't expect any customer service afterwards - because there isn't any. In fact, quite the opposite. It cost me $99.08 for them to come out and tell me I was about to get ripped off.

For your sake, if you are looking for a plumber, hopefully you read this first. Once the work is done, your problems are about to begin. Save yourself the grief and avoid this company like the plague.

I wanted to provide my experience with Trusted Plumbing & Heating. First the preferred Sump pump they installed was the right one but at $341 at Lowes getting a $1050 bill seemed excessive. Having the installers take multiple smoke breaks - long period of times in their truck coming out smelling of smoke was frustrating. Having them pin the power cord against the piping, reset it, trouble with setting it up and having to reset it made the installation not feel so professional for the amount paid. I would not use them again

I had an appointment and waited outside for them to arrive at 30 min prior to the appointed time and for the following 2 hrs (cleaning my garage), they never showed up. The guy left me a message on my phone 15 min prior to appointment time (confirming my appointment) who does that 15 minutes before an appointment? I didn't get the message till much later. He then said that he was at my house from 8:30-9a waiting for me (that is a lie since I was outside my house waiting for them from 8:30-11a). I called and tried to work out a future time but it was 4 days away. They said there was nothing they could do. NOT VERY TRUSTWORTHY this company. Do yourself a favor and book wit a reliable company

Really appreciate the hard work they put into it my bathroom addition. They worked nonstop from the moment they arrived until the moment they left, were incredibly courteous and professional. I felt safe at all times. I felt respected and valued as a customer. I never felt nickeled or dimed and the transparency throughout the process for cost and scope of work was easy to understand and felt very fair and competitive, when compared to other companies. I submitted an original design to them. They came out for a site visit and provided a detailed quote within a week. Out of 4 companies I interviewed, they were the only ones that provided the level of detail and transparency I was after. Rough-In of toilet, sink and tub pipes, followed by the installation of all fixtures. This company has landed on my ""go-to"" list for all plumbing needs. Special shout out to Grant and Cole =)

Charged $600 to replace a garbage disposer, for less than an hour of work. This will be the last time I'll ever use this place.

PS: My reviews of this place keep disappearing on Google Maps, which is just nasty. Instead of doing all of this social manipulation, this business could just decide to not scam people but that is too hard apparently.

I had Nathan C out to inspect and diagnose our drainage issues. Toilets were gurgling and eventually stopped flushing. Nathan flushed a few times, got on the roof, and claimed the work to be completed. The bill was $400! We paid it, and 33 days later, it got worse. Toilet leaking, washing machine won't drain, shower, the works. I called them back for assistance and the lady said I have to pay another $50 to diagnose the issue. Fool me once shame on me.... Please look elsewhere before calling this business. Ironically, I don't trust them to properly diagnose or stand behind their work. Trust me, stay away.

Had them out to fix a couple issues at my Mom's that I just couldn't get to, they did an excellent job at a fair price, they were clean cut and in full uniform. Mom was very happy with the work and I was pleased to hear such an fair and honest job was completed.

These people are wonderful! They came out last minute, did a fantastic job fixing my broken/root filled sewer line, and added a clean out all for a super reasonable cost. They even did some extra work without being asked, without charge, because they deemed it necessary to get the job done right. I am 10000% going back to them when I need to get my pipes lined (sadly sooner rather than later) but I can trust they aren't going to rip me off and they are going to do the job right! Totally recommend!

I highly recommend using a different company. Their incomplete work caused my finished basement to flood. When I was standing in about an inch of water I called them just to get a very sarcastic ""good luck buddy"". I was blown away by their dismissal of the issue and horrible customer service and of course their shoty workmanship.
