Zach just completed a very large job for me that involved an insurance claim for a slab leak. He worked with the insurance company to replace, rather than repair the broken line. It was definitely the right call as they found evidence of two previous repairs.

I selected Trusted Plumbing because Zach took the time to discuss the symptoms and identify the potential problem on my initial call. (Zach questioned the diagnosis of the plumber sent by the warranty company.) I fired that plumber and hired Zach's team instead.

The job was done professionally and his guys were respectful and great to work with. Zach followed up immediately after the job and returned to take care of a couple of minor cleanup issues. I would not hesitate to refer or use them again.

I had noticed that my 10 year old hot water heater was humming like choir group from Tennessee . Called Zack told him the issue, he sent Anthony out the next morning. Anthony gave me multiple options on a fix, settle for a total replacement , next thing you know I had a brand new hot water heater, clean, professional and code. It doesn't get any better than is. I found Trusted Plumbing on Yelp and contacted them to get a quote to install two new water heaters at my house which is located down a long dirt road off Dry Creek. Zack responded promptly and showed up as promised on time to assess the job and provide a quote. While there I asked him for a quote to replace two old toilets and redo some funky plumbing in the kitchen.

Zack was knowledgeable and provided straightforward and fair quotes for all of the work. He responded quickly to emails and texts and scheduling the job was smooth. Zack was there to do the work himself with two of his crew. All were professional and pleasant to deal with. The work was done as promised and efficiently. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew left the house and garage tidy.

My family and I are new to Napa and country living and our property, home and property has needed work. Zack was referred to me by an HVAC contractor (his review will go up soon). Zack has years of experience from small jobs to large. Zack and his guys fixed a few odds and ends around the home. The major work involved running new pipe from my well to a new water treatment system and then to the home. Significant problem solving was involved to figure out how the old plumbing was set up and laying new pipe to replace what was cobbled together over the last 70yrs. Excavation was also required and Zack got me an inclusive bid that beat the others that I had seen. Great work, follow-up and a straight shooter.
