I made an appt for Edgar to come look at my house. He said tomorrow morning he will be around my area. I said great! I cancelled my Dr appt so I could be here.

He called around 9:24am and said he is on his way. Great! He called at 10am saying he was in Park City and asked me if my house was there. I said no. You must have programmed your GPS incorrectly. I explained where I was and he said he will make it. Two hours passed, Edgar was a no show and he didn't call or text. I called him at 11:30am and no answer from Edgar. I texted him and no answer.

My son recently purchased a place that could best be described as a fixer-upper, so we knew we had some minor work to be done before we could move in. Prior to hitting the road from VA for the move, I arranged for work to be done by another outfit. After getting totally screwed over by them (see my review of ""Harman Handyman""), my research took me to Edgar and Trusted Handyman. Since I was scrambling to get a carpet stretched in time for a move-in, I explained the situation to Edgar and he got his guys on the job right away. The relationship started a little rocky because Edgar had spoken with Scott at ""HH"", but after allowing me to tell ""the rest of the story"", the tone between us relaxed and after seeing the great work the TH team did on the carpet, I was ready to give them another job for us.

The window and patio screens needed replacement, and Edgar had me send him measurements for the quote. A couple days later he came by to verify measurements, which was good since mine were slightly off. This happened on Monday, and he said his team would have them in on Friday. On Tuesday Edgar returns with the new screens. The patio and one bedroom window fit great, but two other screens aren't quite right, so he takes them back to the shop. Today (Wednesday) he returns with the two new screens and installs them well ahead of schedule. Wife is happy, son is happy, so I'm happy.

Thanks to Edgar and the Trusted Handyman team for their fast response, quick service, and excellent work!!! We will certainly be turning to this team for our needs in the Provo area and will be giving our recommendations as well.

Edgar has blown off multiple set appointments to do a simple project and made endless lame excuses for why he never showed or called to reschedule. Unless you want to twist someone's arm to get them to do a job don't bother calling him.
