My hot water heater leaked into my neighbor downstairs while I was away. I called Trust Roto and they came within hours to fix it. Luis was fantastic . He called me to let me know what was going on. He sent me pictures of everything he replaced. The office called me several time to give me updates. What a great company. Would recommend them to everyone. they made a tough situation easy

Fixed my kitchen drain super fast. Only took them like 25 minutes. It was done well so far no issues. Also responsed very fast for service. But I do feel the services were more expensive than I was ready for. Other quotes I had were considerably lower, but these only gave me a quote when they were already at my house and by then I just really needed it fixed. They responded first so I went with them but then other plumbers gave me quotes after for the same job for almost half. The plumbers were very nice, did a good job, just felt like it was too expensive and maybe they use the free quote as a tactic to catch you off gaurd.

Free Estimate Hustle! Don't bother, find another reputable company that will provide an honest quote instead of showing up at your door with a big song and dance, blah blah blah, """"this is our standard rate"""" blah blah blah - Sticker Shock BS. Really, if it's your """"standard rate"""" you should have provided that by email or phone, Don't Waste My Time with your dishonest antics. And the rate is higher than any other business because you give """"free estimates"""", hahahha. Omg, the stuff of real turds, sell that garbage to someone else. Trust Rooter 'below the belt games' lead us to an incredible company with Honesty & Integrity! Try it sometime....

I would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. The plumber that serviced our estimate appointment """"Raul"""" was very knowledgeable and experienced. So Much so that the free quote turned into him completing the plumbing installation we needed. We are very pleased with the work and the good customer service we also received when calling the company directly. You actually reach a live operator that wants to kindly help you. ( yes a live person) It is hard to find Reliable and honest plumbing companies that actually show up and do as they promote. Do yourself a favor and use this company for all your plumbing needs

Really great service. Came out for a free estimate same day I called. Offered to work on a Saturday at no extra cost. Very happy with the quality and cleanliness of work. Need to replace my sink next and will be calling them again to do it.
