I called Trust rooter for a leak in my bathroom shower. They scheduled a plumber to come out the following morning. The plumber, Raymond, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a true professional. He called and came early and gave me a reasonable estimate for him to repair the issue. We scheduled the repair and it was handled. Raymond explained everything to me as he performed his work and it really helped me understand the issue causing the problem. I will always be using Trust Rooter and Raymond for my future plumbing needs.

I had been having a hard time finding a consistent and reasonably priced plumber since my old school plumber passed away several years ago. Well, it looks like I finally found one. Raymond from Trust Rooter came out and dealt with several toilet issues. He cemented one loose toilet to the floor, did two toilet rebuilds to fix a leaking toilet and a non-filling tank, and replaced two toilet seat covers. He worked effectively and efficiently and was very personable. The quality of the work appears excellent. Everything is finally working like it's supposed to. In addition, the price was fair especially compared to other less reliable companies. I plan on using Trust Rooter and hopefully Raymond from now on for any plumbing issues.

Lee was just here a little ago. He was great! Great customer service and he did an excellent job with two of our partially broken toilets. Also, the customer service on the phone was excellent. You can tell they took the time to hire the right staff to help with scheduling and customer service. While my original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a van issue, I am very happy with my experience. That and our puppy loved him and she was so inquisitive with what he was doing!
