Talk about plumbing emergencies one right after another! Thank goodness for Robin and Trust Rooter. When a pipe broke outside my house (not covered by insurance), Robin came immediately. He used leak detection to find the leak and then proceeded to repair it and replace the driveway tiles and the landscaping. Everything looks like new now. Robin has been here several times to replace my kitchen faucet, my shower head, my bidet, and a very precious charm that went down my bathroom sink. He takes excellent care with everything he does and is more than just professional. He is a kind, caring, honest, and stands behind everything he does. His employees are just like him. When I call his office, I feel like I am calling a member of the family ... My family. Even in the worst of times, they always make me smile. Robin and his crew are very kind, professional, hard working, and fairly priced. They came out immediately to assess our emergency situation and got right to work. We had a pipe break on the outside of our house, causing our plumbing to go into the backyard. I cannot explain how stressed out I was about this, but I texted photos to robin and he assured he he has seen worse. A job that I thought would take days was complete in one day.
