They used to be G&G Construction services but changed their name to Trust Plumbing to get away from the negative reviews. This plumber (still Joseph Girgis) was rude, extremely incompetent, and had terrible equipment. Could not unblock the main sewer line and left immediately after he found one piece of root. Said, ""it's ok to go to the bathroom in the bushes, the plants like it."" His cam was unable to see anything and his auger was unable to unblock the line. Joseph has no idea what he is doing and, if he was not sent by our insurance company, we would have never worked with him in the first place. After our insurance refused to cover us, we called a real plumber with legit equipment, who was able to clear the line with just his camera probe, diagnosed the problem, and provided a long-term solution.

Joseph and his helper did a great job stopping the leak( replaced wax seal, inspected the condition) in my toilet. He worked with me to keep the cost down with free estimates, senior discounts and replacing only the parts that needed replacing. I would highly recommend his company over the others.

Joseph was thorough and honest with me. I had him do leak detection and repair on my home I had just purchased and he checked in with me with everything he was going to do with an estimate for my approval. There was even some work he recommended I get done but urged me to try to get home warranty to take care of it to save me money. He also followed up with me following his repair work to see if everything was still ok. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Joseph is a great plumber. I located him through Home Advisor and Yelp and he contacted us immediately and came out to our house the next day. He fixed our plumbing problem quickly and was sure to clean everything before he left. He made some recommendations for how our water pressure can be improved and came out the next day to fix that for us too. I was concerned about mold so he checked to see if there was any in the area where we had a leak and he covered it with plastic and taped it up so that I wouldn't be concerned. Overall, our experience with Joseph was great and we will not hesitate to call him again.
