Roberto was amazing! I had a huge party happening and the night before my two sinks were clogged!! nobody was available. he was the only one that made time to come at 7 AM in the morning understanding my urgency. I hired Roberto because I'd like to install a water shut off valve to my backyard. He came to the house to take a look at the situation and gave me a very reasonable pricing even though he's located in San Fernando and my house is located in Lancaster.

Roberto at Trust Plumbing has been taking care of my plumbing needs for at least ten years, with jobs ranging from samall to large. He is responsive, prompt, skillful, and honest. On the rare occasion when something he does isn't right (accidentally leaving a filter in a 1/2 inch inflow pipe, which restricted flow, in my case), he returned immediately, corrected the error, and made no charge for the return visit.

One of the tests of people you hire for any job is how do they deal with their mistakes. Everyone makes them. Roberto's response was exemplary.

Roberto is not cheap, but neither is he exorbitant. Just fair. Worth every penny.

Highly recommended. And by the way, I shall soon retire, and move out of LA, so no perks from Roberto for this review.

As a long-tine ""Yelper"", I wanted to advise the Yelp community of the BEST and most HONEST plumber that I have ever used. Trust Plumbing and Rooting is owned by Roberto Moyotl. He is a true craftsman. I first encountered Roberto approximately twenty years ago. At that time, he worked for a former company named ""Trust Plumbing"" in Northridge. I needed to replace our sewer line, and many other plumbers were giving us extremely high estimates, but Roberto recommended a way to do the job at less than half the price given by the others, and the sewer system has now worked great for more than 20 years. Since that time, Roberto purchased the former ""Trust Plumbing"", and he has done extensive work on our home, replacing a water heater, toilets, water filter unit, a pressure regulator, and much more. Roberto is highly skilled, honest, communicative, respectful of his customers needs, and reasonable in his rates. He is everything that anyone could want in a plumber.
