I had two new bathroom faucets that were recently installed by a handyman that started to leak. I called Trust EB Plumbing and Eli came out the same day. Eli took the time to figure out what problems each faucet had. He was very good at explaining what needed to be replaced. Eli gave me an estimate on how much it would cost and asked me if I would like him to do the work. I told him I would like him to do the job. It was late in the day and he had to purchase some parts in order to fix my faucets so he told me he would be back the next morning. The office let me know he was on the way the first time he came and also the next morning. He did an excellent job and he even cleaned up both bathrooms before he left. He was also very careful to sanitize the work area and put on shoe covers when he entered my house. I am a senior citizen and I appreciated his effort to protect me and my home from COVID 19. Before he left he tested each faucet several times to make sure he fixed my problem. He even wrote on my work order that his work was guaranteed. I found him to be very professional and very friendly. I would recommend Eli to my friends. If I have another plumbing problem I will definitely call Trust EB Plumbing. If I could I would give him more than 5 stars.

I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. I had a really bad leak in my outside faucet. They were professional, answered my phone call right away, and came out in the evening. They fixed the faucet quickly, and saved me hundreds of dollars. If you need honest professionals for plumbing, give them a call.

They prioritized my issue, were able to squeeze us in the schedule, and cleared up the problem quickly! Great customer service with follow-up after the job was complete!

I contacted Trust EB Plumbing to install a new bathtub and deck mounted faucet set. I specifically requested Eli (the owner) to do the job. I was told I would have to pay an additional $100 to which I agreed because I was told Eli is a licensed plumber. The tub enclosure was empty and cleaned ready for their work. Eli told my husband he was going to install new brass fittings under our bathroom sink (where the tub plumbing originates). I gave Eli the faucet set with the directions, which he didn't want to bother reading. We had the brand new tub and drain kit for them to install. After about an hour Eli told me he was leaving his assistant to do the job. I told him to take his worker with him and was angry because at that time I was still under the impression Eli was a licensed plumber. He remained with his worker. They completed the job. I paid by check. I used the tub about 5 days later and noticed the water pressure was quite low and was concerned there might be a leak under the tub. Eli returned with a different assistant Dewey. I asked Dewey if he was a licensed Plumber and he said no he works under Eli's license. Eli believed the pressure to be ok. After realizing there was a problem and knowing my husband just installed new faucets in both bathrooms and our kitchen sink I searched how to test water pressure. The answer - get a one liter bottle and timer it should fill in 6 seconds. All my other faucets did however the faucet Eli installed took 9 seconds. They put painters tape on the tub surround, disconnected the top portion of the faucets and left. Realizing Eli seemed stumped I then looked up his licenses to learn that he is NOT a LICENSED PLUMBER, as he told us numerous times, but only has a business license with Hillsborough County. His guarantee is useless as he refuses to refund my money, able to fix the problem or return my calls. I gave him a week. I have since had a LICENSED PLUMBER review his work and no surprise he installed cheap plastic fittings under my bathroom sink (not brass as he told us he would use) and the hookups to the tub faucet set were not changed out as he said he would do (they are 20 years old). Honesty seems to be nonexistent with this company. Worst of all he drilled holes in the tub deck putting the diverter and handheld shower in the front and the faucet and hot/cold knobs far from the diverter on the side. Had he read the directions I gave him that came with the faucet, he would have realized how it works and that the layout he used would create a problem. The reason we hired a plumber is so that my husband wouldn't have to do the work and I wouldn't have to spend countless hours searching for solutions to the problem Eli and Trust EB Plumbing foisted upon us. I paid $1,366 to Trust EB Plumbing, $1,010 for the faucet and $2,200 + for the tub and drain kit. All this money, time and aggravation all because I wanted to believe Eli and the 5-star reviews I saw online. SAVE YOURSELF AND HIRE A REAL HONEST LICENSED PLUMBER.

I needed a couple of faucets replaced before my new washer could be installed. My Wife called a few places and EB was the only one able to come out at once. Richard was the guy that came. This young man was the most respectful and kind person I've ever met. He replaced both faucets with precision and professional eye for detail. All future calls for plumbing are going to this company!

Trust EB did some work to fix a leak on my kitchen sink faucet. Dewy was the tech they sent. To get the handle off in order to replace the cartridge, a set screw had to be removed. After the tech replaced the cartridge, he had to put the handle back on with the set screw. The set screw would not hold the handle back on, for some reason. The tech just left the handle coming off and on. Nothing held the handle on. He said he did not have any set screws to put the handle back on. I received a message from the owner/manager that they would not be fixing the problem. I was told to find a set screw to fix the problem on my own. We are selling our house. and the inspector wants the handle fixed. I have no idea how to fix this problem. Trust EB does not stand behind their work. I would not recommend Trust EB. Buyer beware.
