During replacement of our guest bath toilet the plumber discovered the flange was disintegrated on one side needing replacement. He did a beautiful job using up the whole hour and finishing the install, so the only extra cost was $25 in parts. Fair pricing, great job, and cleaned up as he went, so it was spotless when he left. Overall, a fine customer experience and worthy of a recommendation.

They hv been wonderful to us! Since moving in our home things needed attention like toilets repaired/replaced & under sink leaks we couldn't repair & they were on time & did great work & cleaned up afterward
We will cAll them again soon to ck leak in our bathroom from the wall to floor but hv been very pleased with their repair work & timing & even costs were reasonable

The shower in our master bathroom was backing up and we called TrueLove plumbing just before Christmas (2019). They were very fast to reply and came out right away. Unfortunately, the pipes were still backing up. We called Truelove, again, after Christmas and were told they do NOT warranty their work. They were paid $336 to unclog our pipes and the pipes were still clogged. They refused to come out and remedy the work.

Love. love, love them! Had an accident at my house. Dirt bike hit my gas meter and busted my main line into my house. They came out the same day that I called and stayed on the job for 11 days until the building inspector finally made his way to my house to inspect it before the gas company could replace my meter. They fixed my main gas line plus repaired 3 gas leaks caused by the accident, updated my old fittings and also fixed a water leak underneath my place. They were very thorough and everyone was so pleasant and left everything neat. Plus, I got a price break on the labor since they know that I live on a tight budget since I retired. My plumbing company for life!

Anaya has been over a couple of times. He is a real pro. Knows what hes doing, gets it done very well at a reasonable cost. First time i called trueloves was our first night in our new home. Ran over the sprinkler valve just off the main. Its was after dark, they were very understanding and sent Anaya right out. Truelove and Anaya sayed the day.

The repair was done to our satisfaction for the install of a hot water heater, BUT there were several items we have issues with: 1) On 11/17/2016 We were quoted $75 per hour by the office on 11/16/2016. The first time Troy came out, he was here 30 minutes and we were charged the entire $75. 2) The next day 11/18/2016, Troy came out and had a helper with him and informed us it would be $75 an hour for Troy and $60 for the helper. I kept my cool, we NEEDED our hot water heater installed. My husband drained the hot water heater, got a new valve & nipple and disconnected the old hot water heater, so save us money ALL BEFORE Troy got here. It took Troy 1 hour to install the new one. We were charged for 1 1/2 hours, we were NEVER informed we would be charged for TRAVEL TIME (30 min for round trip to/from our house to their shop) in addition to the install time. Total bill $241.75. Troy came with a handful of hand tools, borrowed my husband tin snips (Troy's were too dull), had his helper go to his truck two or three times for a crescent wrench and other tools & the helper held the flashlight & helped get the hot water heater out/in with OUR DOLLY. He did not have any tool belt or tool box brought inside. That's a waste of time and costs the customer extra unnecessarily. Troy told my husband to turn on the water at the bathroom tub. I previously had read the instructions on the box & it said FARTHEST from the hot water heater, the kitchen is FARTHER!! Because of this, our tub/shower is not receiving hot water and Troy left knowing this and left us hanging. Today is Thanksgiving and we still are without tub/shower use. My hubby took faucet apart, we had to buy a new one (old one was only 3 yrs old) and it still won't work, so now we have to find ANOTHER plumber....we surely won't use Truelove again, nor recommend them! They weren't truthful with their costs and didn't provide a written estimate. We feel we were charged $127.50 for travel time for both Troy and helper and $60 for the installation for the helper. We feel we were overcharged $187.50. 3) We were advised of the $20 haul off fee for the old water heater, which Troy reduced to $10. We also had to call out another plumber to fix the shower/tub/hot water for an additional cost of $125. We are NOT happy with Truelove Plumbing.

Great service! The plumber was on time, professional and pleasant. Work was accomplished in a timely way. When in need of services going with local, well established businesses is the way to go. We would use them in a heart beat.
