We were very excited to start our kitchen renovation and signed our contract in February 2020. The start of COVID delayed the project and we began renovating in July. We paid over $2500 for ""Trueleaf Design Concierge Service"" and $3500 for ""Trueleaf Construction Advocate Service"". That was a complete waste of money. It is now November and Trueleaf is MIA. We still don't have a completed final inspection from the town and have been left with 3 holes in our ceiling. We are missing cabinet knobs and a custom piece of molding. Communication with Trueleaf has been very difficult. They do not respond to emails or texts. I am not sure why we paid for concierge service since their customer service is extremely poor. We are very unhappy and would not recommend TrueLeaf Kitchens to any of our friends.

Our experience of renovating our kitchen with TrueLeaf was a pleasure from inception to completion. Everyone we worked with at TrueLeaf treated us professionally and patiently at every turn; it was clear from the start that they all genuinely cared about ensuring a successful outcome to the project. We never felt rushed, pressured, or at odds with anyone at any point, which in retrospect feels like a miracle in itself--all the renovation horror stories that haunted us at the outset did not apply at all to our experience with TrueLeaf. We definitely plan to work with TrueLeaf on future renovation projects and recommend them highly.
