After the job was done Bill called me and even reduced the price a bit. Really great experience and I thoroughly will be using True Blu Pluming again.

I contracted work for a leaking water line, but I noticed after they left that they reburied the ground drainage pipe at an angle so that it no longer would connect to the downspout. I called many times over several months and they wouldn't even return a call. Left messages, no return call. Tore up our yard, we fixed it ourselves. Broke an electrical line, we contracted someone else to fix it. Yet after all this, they still won't simply finish their job and correct the angled drainage pipe. These people are way too expense to leave a job undone and then refuse to finish it. They tried to claim that the pipe is not part of what they did, but they unburyed it in order to get the new water pipe into the house and then reburyed it tilted.

We needed to replace two leaky bathroom faucets, have our shower drain snaked, and check to see if there were any issues with a toilet. From the call to make the appointment through the appointment itself, all was handled professionally and very much to our satisfaction. Brent worked quickly to resolve all of our problems and even advised us on a few things.

I tried for over a week to get this service to come to my home to address a leaky toilet. I called the office number last week and got voice mail. I did get a return call on Monday early afternoon. Unfortunately due to My work I was unable to take his call. His message said over the last three weeks he had been extremely busy but he would like to help and I should text him at the number calling in. After 5 text messages and another phone call I finally got a commitment. On Tuesday I was told via text I would be put on the schedule. I provided my address as requested. I also asked what day I was being schedule for. No reply back. I had to text again on Wednesday asking if I was on their schedule. The reply was ""I can put you on the schedule for this Friday, remind me of your issue please"". I reminded them of my issue and again asked ""What time Friday please?"". Again no reply back. I am trying to arrange my schedule so having some idea would surely be helpful. So yesterday, Thursday, I again texted asking "" Do you have any idea what time you will be coming tomorrow? Also asked if they were practicing the use of masks as required by the Ohio Governors order. Again no reply. So here it is 12:19 on Friday and have heard nothing from this contractor. I think it is reasonable to assume that nobody will show up. Since I did not receive an appointment confirmation I am not going to call to cancel an appointment that doesn't exist. My experience couldn't be more different than the review posted 4/27/20. My review can be taken for what it is worth.

I tried every plumber in our area to make some repairs on our home. Another local A+ plumber completely destroyed our shower and left it without function. They then disappeared and did not call for months. This company however has been the real deal. They are hardworking honest men and I was happy with the price. I trusted them in my home and Bill the owner was amazing and professional. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for giving us a plumber we can trust.
