Finally a trustworthy plumber!!! Frank is a very professional and conscientious plumber. From the very first moment, he made me feel like he was helping out a family member rather than just a client. As a single woman, I often find myself at the mercy of dishonest service providers who take advantage of my lack of knowledge in areas like plumbing or other repairs.

My recent experience with Frank was completely different. He didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need or charge me higher prices just because I'm a woman and I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to repairs. Frank's genuine kindness and respect put me completely at ease. He got the job done quickly and effectively, which was a huge relief considering the emergency situation I was in. Look no further...We had a bad odor coming from our kitchen. We called True Value Plumbing Company to help and Frank was able to quickly identify the problem by crawling under our home where he detected a pipe that was leaking due to corrosion. He quickly fixed the problem thankfully. We highly recommend Frank and will definitely use his plumbing service again in the future due to the service we received for the value.

This is my second review of True Value Plumbing.
We hired Alex and Frank to descale and hydro jet our sewer pipes. They also drained the water heater of all the built-up sediment.
They also replaced some very worn out gas line pipes.
And even fixed a shower faucet.
True Value did another excellent job at another reasonable price.

We found a leak on our verve around Sept 20th. LADWP determined that the meter was not the issue that there was a leak in the line somewhere between the sidewalk and street on the verve. I contacted Frank through the app. His company True Value Plumbing was highly recommended.
Frank came to give me a quote on the leak on October 10th. When his team dug up the site around the leak, we discovered that our main water line was galvanized steel. It had not been updated when we replaced the in-house plumbing with copper. Frank went through several options with us. We determined the best solution was to go with PEX since we had to replace the whole line
On Monday the 14th, Frank's partner Alex came out with a small crew. When he saw our brick patio, he was afraid that they might need to cut through it to reach the juncture of the main line to the house. Once again, several options were suggested. To tunnel through instead of cutting into our patio, we had them use copper for about 1/3 of the line under the brick to the main, they were able to join it with PEX from that point to the meter. My husband had pulled several jugs of water just in case, but they finished the whole job including filling back up the trench in about 7 hours.
Our water was off less then 30 minutes. Not only that but their prices were very fair.
They also worked around our landscaping which we greatly appreciated!
We are extremely happy with the job they did, and I too would highly recommend them. See photos.

My Grandmother's water heater went out on a Wednesday evening. I called a few different plumbers and no one was able to get to the job for a few days. I called True Value and they said they would be there at 9 am on Thursday. I met with them, they verified the water heater was bad and replaced it the same morning. Very professional, great customer service and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. Call these guys if you are tired of dealing with flakes and want great service.

Alex immediately responded when I requested help with turning on the pilot light on my water heater. He offered to come see the problem and give me a free estimate. I was sure that he was going to need to replace parts on the water heater. Alex came on time, and was able to turn on my pilot light. He didn't charge me or try to sell me anything that I don't need. I will be calling him for my future plumbing needs! Highly recommend.
