Discovered I had water leaking from my ceiling from a burst water pipe and had called 4 different companies that afternoon. Only True Value Plumbing was able to come out that same day. Talked to Cody and he sent Chris who recommended a restoration company come out as well. I was hesitant because I thought the leak was contained to only a small area and not that bad but when they opened up the ceiling a large gush of water came pouring through. If I had waited until the next day that water would have been just sitting in my ceiling and the water damage would have likely been much much worse. Replacing the water pipe was quick and they recommended getting my pressure valve replaced in order to hopefully prevent future issues like these arising. These guys are extremely prompt and knowledgeable and very good on communication which is huge. They've earned my business. I highly recommend!

- I don't say this lightly when I say that Cody & Chris provided excellent, top-notch service at very competitive rates (I got quotes from 5 different plumbers, talked to even more of them)
- Great communication to help me understand the job & what I'm paying for
- When component from a highly reputable manufacturer turned out to have a defect (through no fault of Plumber or myself), True Value Plumbing didn't ask for any extra $ beyond original agreed to price to deal with this
- Very willing to help & respond despite it being a triple whammy of a holiday/weekend/personal birthday that was going on
- Remote quoting service with pictures and description is a plus, as it saves me having to wait under house arrest during a 3-4 hour slot at my house for plumbers that sometimes dont show up just to get a quote, but i understand how it is hard to give a quote without proper view of the configuration

I tried to remove and replace my bathroom faucets and ran into trouble. I called True Value along with several other companies and Cody was the only one to request photos, diagnose the problem over the phone and send Chris out within hours. When Chris realized we needed to turn off the main water to our entire complex they allowed me one day to notify the other tenants and Chris and Cody came back to complete the job the next morning (a Sunday) and still beat every other price I was quoted. I highly recommend True Value Plumbing!!
