I had a pipe leak, and terrible water pressure in the shower. Called True Value Plumbing and had Christian out within 20 min. He fixed the pipe leak in addition added new fixture to the shower. All I know is that my showers feels 10x better!!

Not only did they get the job done at a good time, he educated me on some simple tricks to avoid leakage.

I needed the replacement and installation of a garbage disposal asap. True Value Plumbing responded quickly to my message. They were able to to go to my house, check the issue, and give me a quote. They were also able to do the job right away. The tech, Marcos, was very polite and personable.

Sadly they diagnosed a water heater as inoperable and wanted $3K for a replacement. They didn't open the unit or perform any diagnostics. Another plumber asked to see the temperature control and figured out the problem in five minutes. No repair or replacement necessary. Glad I didn't waste the money. Updating to three stars since Cody realized there was an issue and reached out.

After noticing my water bill was $147 more than the previous bill at my investment property, I had contacted Cody from true value plumbing to locate the leak causing this huge increase on my bill! He was able to find the cause behind my master bathroom shower, he suggested a new shower valve as the permanent solution.

I had gotten other quotes from 2 other companies before I had decided to proceed with Cody.
Ars rescue rooter quoted me $12,000!! To demo my entire shower to get access to replace the valve, & ASI came in around $2897 to replace just the valve.

Long story short True value plumbings quote was substantially lower than both of the other quotes. & he was able to replace the valve without demo & replaced the entire trim!

Spoke with Cody about our issue and he was able to get his tech's out to us swiftly.
Chris was friendly and knowledgeable of our issue and he tried to remedy the issue but the problem was a little more severe.
This issue is going to require something that they don't have yet but have the skills and knowledge for the repair.
If we have any plumbing issues in the future we will certainly contact them first.
