I had a sewer back up problem with one of my properties in Pacific Beach so I reached out to True Value plumbing and let me tell you I had a real great experience with them from beginning to end! Not only Cody kept great communication with me the whole time via phone he politely informed my tenants of everything that was going on as well. Once Cody cleared the line he gave me a free camera inspection and FaceTimed me to have me see what he was seeing . VERY TRANSPARENT and a excellent prices . I highly recommend True Value! Ask for Cody!!!!

I needed a toilet replaced and got several quotes through yelp before deciding to go with True Value Plumbing. I always try to support veteran-owned businesses, and Cody was just a pleasure to do business with. He was friendly and accommodating, and was able to give me a quote over the phone, which most plumbers don't do. His technician Marcos showed up on time and did a great job. He was very clean, respectful, and professional. After removing the old toilet out and getting the new one out of the box, we realized the bowl was cracked... Marcus had to put the old one back and made sure the bathroom was spotless when he was done. He even offered to return the broken toilet and pick up a new one for me at no charge!

Since this was an online order I had to deal with getting a refund over the phone and picked up a different one today. True Value offered to come back and install it at a discounted price because of the inconvenience I had to go through with the company I ordered it from. This is above and beyond anything I would expect and just amazing customer service!

Marcos will be back tomorrow to install the new toilet and I am sure he will do a wonderful job!

Update: Marcos came back the next day and did a fantastic job with the installation. I am one happy customer!!

I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Such genuine caring people are hard to come by these days.

AMAZING!!!! Thank God for this company!! I manage a trampoline park and one of our urinals were leaking uncontrollably. I called true value plumbing and not only did they have awesome and helpful customer service, but they went above and beyond to help! The service was quick and affordable. Cody the owner is excellent to work with. He replaced a toilet that was flushing very poorly within 24 hours of contacting him. He offered an initial less expensive route to address this first which was not sufficient, and turned right around to replace the toilet altogether. He was great to work, prompt and trustworthy. I trust him on my property that is a rental to use the lockbox and do work without my presence. I will definitely use him again and can trust him to do work quickly between short term rental tenants.

I rarely come on these platforms to leave reviews, but coming on here to leave one for True Value Plumbing is certainly worth it to me. My mom lives in a very old house in San Diego and recently had a pipe burst in her bathroom and was panicking as you would imagine. She called me over and I did my research and heard great things about this company so I reached out and spoke with Cody. He was very professional and friendly and eased my mind on what work needed to happen. Naturally I was concerned a company would try and hustle my mom and say she needed all this additional work done. But Cody was straight forward and gave us a great price and the work was phenomenal and have had no problems. Cody, who is very friendly and personable, removed an old water filtration system I had that had outlived its usefulness. He did an outstanding and very professional job and was very fair in what he charged. Last year, when I had a tankless water heater installed, I wish I had used True Value Plumbing instead of one of the big name local plumbing outfits I went with that charges A LOT. Guess that's how they pay for their advertising. I highly recommend True Value Plumbing, a veteran owned and operated company.
