My 16 year old Hague water softener stoped working recently. I did some research and found True-Tech Water. They returned my call right away and I was able to make an appointment a few days later. Aaron and Steve arrived today on time and were very friendly and got right to work. They were able to diagnose two problems and had them fixed quickly, and the visit cost way under $200. I asked if I needed to do yearly service, and he said no, to just call if we had a problem. Another company might have tried to sell me a maintenance contract, but not these guys. Honesty and integrity, that's what you get with True-Tech Water.

Steve was really great to work with. He always responded to all my questions, whether over a call or via text. Danny, the installer, was also great. He was finished with installation in around 4 hours. We had the watermax installed on July 30th and I swear the salt has barely gone down in the tank. Steve followed up with us 2 weeks after installation to retest our water and it was perfect. After about a month, we are really starting to see a difference with our skin, with our clothes...and we can finally keep our toilets clean! The water is so hard here. So thankful we chose True-Tech and the Watermax.

We had a Hague Water Softener installed 23 years ago. It has functioned well during this time, with only a couple of minor repairs. But after 23 years, the tank failed to suction water from the salt brine cabinet, and we were suddenly without soft water. True Tech identified this as a warranty issue under the 25-year tank warranty. So True Tech replaced my tank for free, only charging me the cost of shipping and a $99 service call. I also had the latest electronic controller put on the unit for another $175. This seemed extremely reasonable for refurbishing my unit, and giving me an entirely new softening tank. Steve Drake, the Hague associate from True Tech, is honest in his dealings and on the customer's side for getting the best value for the money outlay. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and Steve Drake for your water softening needs. For reference, I had another bid from a Los Gatos company to repair my Hague unit, and they wanted $1800 for a warranty replacement! True Tech is definitely the way to go!

Steve was extremely nice, professional, and helpful, he wasn't pushy in the slightest. He took the time to go over how the water softener worked and how it would help fix our hard water problem. He personally came out on the installation day to make sure we were comfortable with the installer, Danny, who was fantastic as well.

Steve even came back for a quick follow up visit 2 weeks after the installation just to test the water and confirm that we were happy with everything. A lot of companies will sell you something and ""abandon"" you, but Steve makes sure that you know everything about the system and can take advantage of it by using less soap, etc...

True-Tech Water provides professional service and they are very personable. Will definitely be going through them again if I ever need a water softener at a different property.

I've worked with a lot of services and shops through my home remodeling but Steve and his company, True-Tec Water is definitely one of the best to work with.

I've been seeing white spots in my kitchen and bathrooms and had several companies come to check the water and estimate the cost to install the water softener. The reason why I chose True-Tec Water was because of Steve. He is very sincere and trustworthy. It is so easy to say ""I will call you later today"" or ""I will send you an estimate by tomorrow"" but difficult to actually do that. But Steve always kept promises, was prompt on time, called me when he was late for an appointment, etc.

We installed the water softener at the end of October and Steve came to check the water quality after 3 weeks. He told me he does this to all of his customers, which I thought was very professional.

Experiencing the water being so soft and good, we decided to install the reverse osmosis (R/O) water filtration system as well. Overall, very satisfied with the system and service. Thank you Steve!
