We've used True-Tech Water to install water softeners across three houses (one twenty years ago and two more recently). They are always extremely responsive, kind and do quality work. We had a small issue with a drainage hose coming off side of house, and they came by right away to fix.

It's really nice having a personal water specialist at your disposal and the softeners they sell are extremely reliable.

When it was time to replace our old water softener I gave Steve a call to inquire about our options. I had already done my own research but still had a fair number of questions about softening systems in general and the Hague models Steve sells in particular. Steve was very generous with his time. He listened well and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel pressured in any way. Once I was ready to proceed, Steve came out a few days later. I signed the paperwork and scheduled the installation. Steve was as nice in person as he was on the phone. Very courteous and just a pleasure to talk to.

Another few days later, the actual installation of the new system went without a hitch except that a different model from what I had ordered was delivered by accident. Steve immediately admitted the mistake, apologized extensively and promised to be back and install the correct system. Since my old system had already been uninstalled, he let us use the new (but wrong) model in the meantime. While we were waiting for the replacement model to arrive, Steve kept in touch with me on a regular basis and updated me on the ETA of the replacement system. When the correct model finally did arrive, it was a relatively quick swap-out since all the connections were a 1:1 match.

During the entire purchase and installation process I felt extremely well taken care of. Steve communicates clearly and regularly, is trustworthy and without a doubt makes customer satisfaction his #1 priority. I would love to do more business with him but, sadly, Steve only sells water softener systems. If that is what you're in the market for, however, there is just nobody better to buy them from than Steve. Go for it! You won't be disappointed.

I'm so glad I was recommended to go with True Tech Water for my whole house water softener system. Steve has excellent knowledge in this area, and helped us a lot to understand the solution for our needs. Installation was scheduled for a week after, and it was smooth. Great service and product from Steve and Aaron. We've had our filtration and softener units installed about a month ago now and it's been fantastic. No more hard water residue on our appliances and faucets and no more having to go to the store to pump or buy water bottles. It's been a huge convenience. I have to commend Aaron for a clean finish on our mobile home unit. His work is impeccable. Steve is also amazing in that he truly stands by his products and even goes to check in on you to make sure everything is running smoothly. It's nice to know that there is a company I can rely on if anything goes wrong. Greatly appreciate the work that they did. Money well spent. If you're looking to invest in a water system, I highly recommend true-tech.

Awesome experience. Steve and True-Tech water they are really outstanding and know the in and out in water softening, refining and drinking water systems. I did review many other vendors and companies. I even got the quote from costco supported vendor. True-tech quote was the most expensive one, but a detailed comparison of the product and reviews convinced me to go with True-Tech. Steve gave me a quote and he told all the technical details related to his product and when compared to others what Hague water system does.
Another important thing to highlight is post installation, they will not just leave you, they will follow up again and test and see if everything is working to the customer's satisfaction. This follow up and customer care is really awesome.
This is where True-Tech and Steve stand apart from any competition. After two weeks Aaron came back to my house and installed the faucet matching my other kitchen faucet. He tested the water again. I really appreciate his dedication to excellent service. Thank you, Steve, you and your team definitely stand out and provide excellent customer service. Steve and Aaron are great to work with. We needed service for our 10+ year-old Water Max system for the second time in 5 months. Not only was the issue fixed, but we weren't charged for the service. We truly appreciate their expertise, honesty & integrity. We highly recommend True-Tech Water!

My drinking water faucet started to leak and I called them to get it repaired.

They were able to come in few days which was good for me. They technician arrived on time and was very polite. He assessed the issue and worked to resolved it right away. He spent reasonable time and handed it over when it all looked clean and finished. The new faucet looks beautiful. He left everything clean.

They offered to replace the faucet for free if I take the filters replacement. I went with that as the filters needed replacement anyway. They didn't charge for extra labor, but did charge small price for the faucet part. Was not an issue for me as it seemed fair.

They accepted cash/check and credit card, but I had to call their office for CC transaction. The technician didn't have a way to take the payment.

Steve and Aaron were wonderful to work with! We reached out to Steve after reading the positive reviews on Yelp and couldn't be happier. Steve was super responsive and came out to our house within just a few days of our initial contact and gave us a very helpful and thorough overview of the water softener and filter. Aaron, who installs the water softeners, was professional, always on time, and super friendly. He came out a few weeks after the installation to test our water and make sure everything was working correctly.

Overall, we're very happy with the water softener itself and Steve and Aaron made the purchasing/installation process clear, quick, easy, and overall very pleasant. Highly recommend!

Steve and True-Tech water did a phenomenal job for me. I had done my due diligence and got quotes from multiple companies before I settled on True-Tech. Their quote was the most expensive one, but a detailed comparison of the product and reviews convinced me to go with True-Tech. Steve gave me a quote and did not try to over or undersell his product.
The installation had a couple of issues, which Steve and his team took care of without any changes to the contract. I had asked for copper pipes and not plastic ones. Some of the other companies gave me no options and only plastic. As per Steve, this was one of the most difficult plumbing work his team had undertaken.
This is where True-Tech and Steve stand apart from any competition. After two weeks Steve came back to my house and checked all the faucets for hard water. He found out that one line still had hard water and had Aron come in the next day and fix the piping. Then he came in again after two weeks and tested the water again. I really appreciate his dedication to excellent service. Thank you, Steve.
