Roque did an excellent job installing my new hot water heater the day after it broke, allowing my family to only have one day without hot water. The job was done professionally and neatly. The price was high but in the same range as other plumbers I spoke with. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because he tried to upsell me after the job was complete. Buyer beware.

Miguel from True Rooter is a godsend. He's an honest plumber. My garbage disposal was not working but instead of quoting me $400+ dollars to replace (like all other plumbers in the area), he worked with me on the phone to reset the disposal at no cost!

I hope you have as much luck as I did... but if you don't, please realize that Miguel will only quote you for the work that absolutely needs to happen. It's always a relief to find an honest contractor that you know you can trust with your business.

I had a water leak in my wall and I wasn't sure where it was coming from, so I called True Rooter & Plumbing and spoke with Miguel. He and his crew came out and found where the leak was and repaired the pipe. I'm glad that they found out, because there was water damage. The technicians were polite and friendly and they gave me a reasonable price.I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing job.

Very happy with the service professionally explain what's needed to be done after inspecting the problem area give me a full and detailed description of the work done. True Rooter and Plumbing is now at the top of my list for any future plumbing work in my house. I'm sure I will call them again, but at least I have the confidence that any repairs needed will be gone right.
