Got all star performance from TR&P's own, licensed as they all are, Michael Jordan. MJ's knowledge of the plumbing game is way impressive being able to read and estimate the issues he was faced with. He was more than helpful with insights of how we got the point of damages and how to smartly remedy the issues to be assured long lasting results. His work is clean and guaranteed. Also was very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance concerns. Glad we reached out to True Rooter & Plumbing and will recommend and consider to all.

Contacted this business on Yelp because it's 5 star review. Thought it must be very good. Yes, good communication and fast response. Then they came: They came twice, didn't identify and resolve the real issue but wasted me $600.... they were going to charge another $2000 and I'm so glad I stopped there for this trap. I eventually found somebody else who knew what they were doing with a much more reasonable price..

Contacted via Yelp message at 11pm, they responded in about 10 minutes and were able to come early afternoon the following day. Excellent service. On time as promised. Definitely will hire True Rooter again!

I had a lot of tree root blockage in my main drain. They came out and installed a clean out and then Hydro jetted out the drain. They had a camera down the drain as they were Hydro jetting and I had three huge tree root blockages that they got rid of. It was amazing that I had any drainage flow at all! Everyone that came out was very professional and did a great job.

I had Jose and Jose Maria over to setup a water line and waste line for a future kitchen in my lower level. They worked all day and got it done simply and efficiently, ran into one unexpected issue with the main water line and powered thru. Reasonable price, showed up on time, and they were both polite and knowledgeable. A couple days later and completely unrelated my wife smelled gas odor outside where the gas line enters my house. We called True Rooter & Plumbing and Miguel the owner showed up in 45 minutes, suggested we check to see if a pipe joint was the culprit (it was) and fixed it for free. Nice to have a plumber you can count on, and True Rooter will be our go-to guys from now on. Highly recommend.

Had a sink clog and some other pipe connection issues. True Rooter & Plumbing sent out Michael J. Who was very nice and professional. Kept me informed as he found the main issue and was able to fix it on the spot for not much up charge. Would definitely call them again in the future and request Michael too.

These guys were great and true to their word on service and price. They came to clear my main and could not complete the job as the clearance required a Hydro jet process. They did not charge me for the call. We agreed on the need to use the jet. The blockage was really bad, but they were successful. They ran a camera through and found the problem, roots and old clay pipe. We needed a perms liner to insure the problem would be forever fixed. Since we already spent money on the hydro jet, (Miguel) reduced the quotes for the permanent liner. They had to dismantle my patio, fix the problem and reinstall my patio to its original condition. Jose, one of Miguel's employees was great. In fact all of his crew were good people, honest and hard workers. They guarantee and stand behind their work.

The house had some serious problems with the main sewer line from the house leading up to the sidewalk collapsed and cracked, and outgoing waste water leaking and soaking the front dirt area. Miguel and his crew provided a price over the phone first, then drove out to the house within an hour and provided a similar price after assessing the situation. Miguel and his crew started the project on the day that he scheduled and finished it as scheduled. Also, Miguel wanted me to pay the invoice after the project was completed, no upfront cost. Exceptionally professional and trustworthy, with integrity and straightforwardness. He also provided pictures of the project in progress. I will definitely contact Miguel in the future and also would recommend to friends and family.

Definitely a 5-star experience. Had Jose come out to replace a toilet in our master bath. Scheduling was easy through the Yelp app. Came out the next day after first calling to see if they could come earlier than planned. No problem. They finished before their originally planned arrival time. Even cleaned up and hauled away the old toilet.

Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor and call them first for your plumbing needs. You will not be disappointed!
