I called them to come fix a backed up toilet. They came pretty quickly, gave me an estimate and did the work. I am not at that location, but I went to meet with the technician and we went over the quote. The toilet was fixed the same day and has been functioning perfectly since his departure.

Initially we had a misunderstanding, but the owner stepped up and remedied the issue immediately. It has taken me a few days to come back and write/change my review. As a business owner myself, I understand how and why the misunderstanding may have occurred- As we grow as a business we hire and trust our staff (our representatives) to have the same level of excellence. I was not initially 100% happy with other aspects of the call- However, the bottom line is the technician was very cordial, nice, tidy, respectful and I even said in my initial review, he is a very nice guy. He also did good work and at the end of the day thats what really matters. Everything else are just details- thankfully the details were remedied immediately after.

I do not like writing bad reviews, and lets face it, the bad ones seem to go on line and the 300 good ones never get on Yelp because we, the consumers, are a little busy (or lazy) to go to a site and recognize the company's good will.

I wish this owner the best with his Plumbing Company and I can assure you 100%, this company is the real deal. They are not a large mobil referral company, or owned by a non plumber charging crazy fees for after hours, before hours, emergency call, urgent call etc etc - If your ONE toilet in your business (or home) is out- ITS AN EMERGENCY - so I do not understand other companies charges (I say this because it took me a while to find a privately owned plumbing company). If this company was one of those aforementioned types of Plumbing companies, - I would paid even more and the owner would have never acknowledged what happened because I already paid.

I can 100% assure you if and when I need a plumber I will be calling them and only them (I'll even leave a message) It is so hard to find honest, hard working businesses online these days. Unfortunately my previous plumber retired. I have now found a new one. Not only will I be calling in the future, but I will also refer anyone who needs an honest, privately owned plumbing company with nice, courteous, capable staff and owners - Thank you

Miguel and team were excellent and help us clear a nasty fat clog out of our kitchen. We got hydrojetting rather than snaking and think we got a good value. They also are very responsive. Would highly recommend.

We even had some last minute plumbing issues come up and they were happy to look at all of it for us. I will definitely be using them from now on for any plumbing needs we have.

I chose True Rooter & Plumbing because they responded very quickly to my Yelp search AND they gave me a price estimate for the job based on my description and the pictures I included. Then they came out that very same morning and replaced my section of pipe that had the leak. I will definitely call these guys for any future plumbing needs.

I'm so happy with this company the owner even came out to make sure everything went well.They did a good job I'll be using them again they did such a great job they gave me a good price they cleaned up after themselves they weren't loud I think this company I will use again.I used to have Frank's plumbing for over 20 years I won't be using him anymore.Ever since his nephew took over Frank's plumbing went downhill.

I bought a new stove but the gas connection was to high that is was not letting my oven sit flush to the wall. True Rooter was able to fix my gas connection and get it close to the wall so now my oven fits perfectly flush to the wall. The only thing is that they were not able to patch the wall after the job was done but overall still good deal.
