These guys have definitely earned their 5 Star rating. I have used and abused them and they keep coming back with excellent customer service. I have used them many times now (leaking pipes under concrete slab, kitchen sink faucet replacement, tankless water heater installation, toilet replacement, whole house re-pipe of supply lines and drain lines, installation of pressure regulator on an older home, etc.). Every time they provide excellent service, working with my schedule, cleaning up at the end of each day, using quality materials and just having a great attitude towards everything. My biggest compliment to Miguel and his team has to do with when I moved out of Carson, the city inspector wrote me up for not having a permit for the tankless water heater that we had installed a few months prior (i didn't know i was moving at the time and didn't think about getting it permitted). Anyway, Miguel and his technicians worked with me and the city inspector until ALL of her comments and questions were answered, and at the end of the day, the inspector approved the installation without any modification, because Miguel's team had installed it by the book in the first place. Anyway, great company, will continue to use them for little and big issues.

These guys are great! Not only did the owner Miguel answer my phone call on a Sunday, he was completely honest with the range of what my problem could be and how much it might cost. He was kind enough to prepare me for the worst in case that was what we were facing. They offered a free estimate and Daniel arrived at my house about 30 minutes later. Since we only have one bathroom it was kind of an emergency. They got us fixed up and running again within an hour of starting work. Not only were they honest, they were kind and considerate. They are definitely my go to in case I need a plumber any time in the future! Thank you Miguel & Daniel!

This is an updated review. I increased stars for their excellent customer service.
Miguel (the owner of the company) contacted me and explained that he was in a family emergency situation so he couldn't contact me sooner. He came to my house and did many things yesterday. Camera inspection was done. Another hydro jetting was done with a chemical which would slow the root growth. He also extended the warranty with 3 additional months which will be good until March 2020.
Actually I didn't expect much when he called me after I posted the previous review. But he really tried to do his best to solve the problem and showed his excellent customer service.

Called several plumbers but Miguel had the quickest response. His team came over right away and inspected the problem. Found the leaking pipe under the concrete office floor and fixed the following day. His team covered the office with plastic and used a tent to prevent dust. The 2 guys worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Fair price compared to other plumbers. I will definitely use them again if needed. A+++++++++++ Plumbers!

I really hate to leave a negative review for a small business, but my experience was horrible and I am still dealing with the consequences of choosing this company.

I originally chose this company because I had used them before for a clogged kitchen sink and they did a good job.

I had an issue with a leak in one of my hot water pipes. The plumber they sent out said that he wanted to charge $500 to move my bathroom sink out of the way so he could see where the possible leak was. I told him I would move the sink myself so I wouldn't have to pay that and he said ok. He told me that there was a leak under my floor. He just figured that was the problem because the floor was warm and he said the hot water pipe under the concrete was the problem. He said his company worked with a restoration company that he could call and they would be able to take care of all of the repairs and they would even be in touch with my insurance. He called True Services Restoration company and a representative came over that night. This all happened the first time the plumber visited. The restoration person said the damages would all be taken care of and he'd probably also be able to redo my bathroom.

The plumber from True Rooter came back a few days later to do the work. He took the flooring off of my bathroom floor and had another person there who started jack hammering into the concrete. I received a call from my family who were at my house while I was at work and they informed me that there was concrete dust getting all over everything in my house. They didn't cover anything!!!! They didn't even advise us to cover anything. My infant son was at home while this was happening. My family asked them to stop so they could cover things and at least put something up so dust wouldn't get into the living room and kitchen and all over my sons things, but they didn't stop. So my family had to cover what they could while this was going on. Then I got a call from them at the end of the day. The owner went by and told them to stop because the concrete where I live is too thick to get through. So they left a mess and broken bathroom floor. The plumber was mad because he said he wasted a day, but I was left with dust all over everything!!!

I spoke to the owner who said they didn't realize where I lived otherwise they wouldn't have went into the floor and there was another way they could repair the leak. He assured me that it was an easy fix they just didn't want to go this route because they would have to make holes in my walls to find where the hot water pipe goes. The plumber came back another day with another plumber and they cut 12 holes in the drywall of my condo in the ceiling, walls and garage. He cut a pipe that was coming out of the wall in the bathroom instead of unscrewing it and didn't do anything at all with the pipe. It was like he cut it for no reason. Again, there was drywall dust on everything. He didn't try to cover anything. My family heard the two plumbers asking each other what they should do, then calling someone and cutting holes in the walls. They didn't know what they were doing!!!!

At the end of the day, the plumber said it was done and told my family that he wasn't going to leave because he had to get paid. They called me and I told him I had to leave work and I'd be on my way. He said he'd take credit card over the phone. I told him I wanted to check the work. I got there and he was gone. He wanted $3500 without allowing me to check his work. When I got home, the upstairs shower didn't have water going to it at all. He had made another issue and the hot water was still leaking. I let the owner know all of my issues I've had and we got to the point where we were texting because of all the issues. He informed me that the plumber who came out was going through personal things and never leaves the mess that he left. He said he suspended the plumber for what he did and would take $500 off of my bill for cleaning. I let him know about the new issue and that the leak wasn't resolved. He came by and said that he wasn't going to fix the new issue with the upstairs bathroom. He told me that all he could do is not charge me anything for the work. OF COURSE HE CAN'T!!!! NOTHING WAS DONE!! I was in a worse situation than before. He said that he would pay to have the drywall fixed, but that was it.

I also told him about True Services Restoration and he told me that they don't work with that company. When I spoke to the restoration company, they said that my appointment with them was cancelled by the plumber. I told him I still wanted to work with them and he said no because the plumber told them not to work with me.

Bottom line...small clogs are all this company can handle. If anyone has questions, private message me. I have texts and can prove this all happened. The owner said I can try to take him to court. Any lawyer interested?

Miguel and his team are honest, professional and kind! I have had many issues with the plumbing at my property and they were the first to really investigate and find the core problem, they provided thorough documentation, photos and updates through the entire process. They are extremely punctual and send you text notifications with their arrival times. Miguel runs his business like a true professional, using integrity and at the end of the day you pay for what you get! Thanks Guys!
