Gilbert is the best. I was referred to Gilbert by another plumber who wanted the BIG job. Gilbert came on a Saturday to quote me a price on a reroute because I had a slab leak in the restroom. He came the very next day at 8 am. It's amazing how he was showing me what he was doing and letting me know why. He took the time to educate me. A week later my shut off valve broke and I called him to come and fix it, he came within the hour. He has my business for life and I will recommend him to anyone I know. Hey Gilbert sorry about your hand getting burned while changing the shut off valve.

We called True Quality because our kitchen faucet was leaking on top of, and underneath the kitchen counter. Gilbert came out, looked at it and explained exactly what kind of new faucet to get. There was no pressure. Once we bought the new faucet, he came back out and installed everything. Gilbert was honest about what we needed. He did excellent work. We will gladly recommend him to others. We had a different company come out earlier. They would have charged us 3x as much for the same work. Gilbert's cost was very reasonable.

True Quality Plumbing was the third plumbers I had at my home. My toilet was plugged and overflowing. The company I called first sent a young man to my home and he used a snake to clean out the toilet. Within 6 minutes he was gone. He was nice. Three days later it overflowed again. I called the same company and they sent two men to my home see why it was still overflowing. They came out of the bathroom and told me I needed a new toilet. I asked them how much a new toilet and installation would cost me. They said,""1600 dollars."" I said, Are you kidding? They then said if you buy the toilet it would only cost you 600 dollars.
I called my daughter to see if she knew a plumber and she told me about a business next to her barber and beauty shop. She called True Quality Plumbing and they called me and gave me an appointment. They were professional, kind and knew what they were doing. Their price was unbelievable meaning I couldn't believe it! I am really happy with my new toilet. And happy I called my daughter for a referral.

Came up to Idyllwild to check my water heater which I couldn't keep the pilot lit.
They turned the temperature up from vacation setting and got it lit for me.

Gilbert came out to check out our washer machine that was not giving any cold water. He was super nice and told us we swapped the hot and cold water lines. Very knowledgeable!!! Had a slab leak and Gilbert gave me 2 options. Slab repair (about $10,000) or bye pass $1500. Him and his son did a great job!! Appreciate your honesty!!! I whole heartedly recommend them!!!

We had a dreaded slab leak for a second time so I knew it was time to re pipe my whole house after 20 years. The existing pipes were poor quality from China so we did our homework...and I'm glad we did. Gilbert from True Quality Plumbing was the guy to go with from the beginning. He was honest, personable, reasonable, hard working and he explained every step along the way. He under promised and over delivered every step of the job. He also replaced a few faucets for us, changed out some valves and got our plumbing needs back where they needed to be. If you want it done right, this is the guy to call. He cares and it shows in his work. I love he is teaching his son the business and his son is lucky to have such a good teacher.
