True Plumbing is AWESOME! From start to finish, the service was seamless. Sheila was friendly and was able to schedule us immediately. Cameron was on time, professional, and friendly. With no success, we've had two other plumbers come by within the last two years. Cameron found issues that other plumbers were not able to find. He thoroughly explained the problems and the cost. True Plumbing provided excellent customer service, a fair price, and quality work. We will definitely use True Plumbing for any future needs!

After receiving a $3500 estimate to install my pelican water system by schrader plumbing, I called True Plumbing. Cameron was nice, polite and HONEST. He explained to me the cost which was one third of what Schrader offered. I appreciated his fair price, but since I bought the unit from the manufacturer, pelican had a better deal. I do want to tell you that their honesty is much appreciated. That is hard to come by, and next time if I have plumbing needs, I will call them back for sure.

We had a leaky kitchen faucet and were prepared to have a new one installed, but when Cameron from True Plumbing checked it out he told us that it was just a connection problem. In a matter of minutes he had the new parts installed...and no more leaks! We know who to call for plumbing issues in the future. True Plumbing was on-time, took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

These guys totally ripped me off. They told my wife I had a leak under my slab and it would be about 5100 to fix but they discounted it to 4100. They charged 250 for a pressure check. I was able to contact the plumbing company that installed the plumbing system in my home and the leak just turned out to be running toilets which was an easy fix. They only charged 125 for the same pressure check. The company also mentioned that no pipes are in my foundation or under my home all the plumbing is ran through the ceiling and in the walls. So what was this company talking about. True plumbing are a bunch of overcharging con artist. I'll never use them again.




Update!! I was contacted by true plumbing and we had a conversation about getting the issue taken care of. I appreciate him reaching out to me and the concern about their visit to my home. After talking with true plumbing I see why the reviews are so high I have a lot of respect for this company and how they handled my situation. Thank you True plumbing for working with me.

I had a slab leak in my kitchen and they came out and were able to identify exactly where it was. With the location of the leak and fresh tile, I begged them to tunnel to the leak instead of going through the slab. They thought about it for a bit and ended up tunneling through my patio instead of indoors. They back filled well and I just had to redo concrete outside.

Slab leaks suck :(

My wife call me at work on Saturday to tell me that they couldn't shut off the shower water after my son took a shower. I was able to walk her through shutting off the main water line to the house and then started looking for a plumber for an emergency call. Searching Yelp I was able to find True Plumbing with a 4 1/2 star rating. They were close to my home and offered 24/7 service, so I made the phone call. To make a long story short they arrive within an hour and had diagnose the problem and spoke to me about it over the phone. I went ahead and authorize the repair and the issue was resolved within a half an hour. My wife said, after I got home and after Eric had left, that she felt very comfortable with him as did my son. she went on to say that he was very polite and respectful of our property. I can't tell you how much that means to me when you have stranger come into the house and take care of a problem for your family and not have to worry about them while you're not there. Again the problem was solved quickly and correctly and my family felt safe while they were in our home that to me is worth a rating. I highly recommend you give them a try if you need any plumbing work done. mb.

True plumbing was recommended to me by Gateway Church so I called them. The problems that needed fixed was the leak right around my water meter and my toilet water tank. I told them about these before they came to my house. The water leak by the meter cost me $2400. They had to replace the blue metal tube that is now "outlawed" according to them. They told me they would fix my toilet for free (water kept running) even when not in use. They had the wrong parts for the toilet so they took a photo of my toilet telling me they have to order the parts and let me know. This happened in late March. It's now mid May and I haven't heard from them. And I don't know if I ever will.

True plumbing came today and apologize for the delay in fixing my toilet. It's good to know that true plumbing care about their reputation. They took ownership of the problem which what a good business is about, following through and keeping promise.
