After telling me he MAY have to cut a hole in the OUTSIDE wall of the house I went to Lowe's to get some hardware for some other jobs. I come back and this guy had cut two 1ft x 6" holes in the outside wall of my house without ok'ing it with me and with no plan to fix them and No recommendation as to who could ... he was also expensive and failed to provide an itemized invoice
I will definitely not be using them again.
This is the first time I've EVER left a negative review for any service, but I felt compelled to do so.

We called True Plumbing to fix an issue that we were having with our water pressure was raised by another company. True Plumbing found out we had a bigger issue. they had to replace our PRV . We could have a bigger issue. whenever I call with an issue Mrs. Shelia and her team always respond with an hour. They are very HONEST and RELIABLE. I would recommend this company to anyone. My wife bought a policy from "Choice Home Warranty" which was a BIG MISTAKE cause their subcontracted plumber told us that the company DID NOT cover repair work outside of the home and that they would have to clear our vent trap by getting a machine to do it from the outside which would have cost us an arm and a leg !!! Well Folks, Derek from True Plumbing was not only ABLE to clear the vent trap through the attic saving us a ton of money, he also, gave us a Veterans' discount !!! TRUE PLUMBING, also, doesn't charge a service fee when they come out to give you an estimate !!!
Ask for Sheila and she'll have Eric or Derek come out to solve any plumbing problems you may have. Papa Mike Fort Worth's Concierge as seen on YouTube....

12 Years ago I called them, used them a half dozen times since. No nonsense business approach. Sheila calls me by my first name. Friendly company to do business with. And everything they fixed is still fixed.

After leaving several messages on their voicemail they finally called me back. Was looking to get an inspection on our foundation after we had foundation repair. Was told they would do a free inspection. The company that did our foundation repair had their guys do an inspection but they really didn't do any thing. The plumber came out and didn't even know what he was there for. The secretary was suppose to email me so I could send the emails we got from the foundation company. She never did. Told the plumber what the emails were and he quoted me a price with out looking at any thing. Complete waste of our time. Should of known they were worthless with how they returned phone calls.

We had a waterline leak in our front yard and we'd had received three quotes but something in my bones told me to check with True plumbing before making our final decision. I'm glad that I did! They came out right away, did an assessment, gave me a price and told me that they can fit me in the very next day!

They were able to do a pull through underneath the ground so that we didn't need a trench in the middle of our yard and we didn't need to break up our driveway in order to get to the city line!

Turns out the owner of the company lives not too far for me so it was really nice to be able to help out a neighbor as well as a small local business.

Very professional. Had a few issues. One toilet stopped working after it was pulled out but a was able to repair myself (they were unaware of the issue). I recommend getting the quote on paper as there was an issue with what was quoted and what was charged but we were able to come to a compromise in just a few minutes of talking it through.
Al in all very good experience. I would use this group again
