So I called True Plumbing because I had no hot water. Louis came about 8:30 pm or so on a Saturday night so I was not left hanging w/o hot water. He came in his hand hit a wire and the burner started heating (I have an indirect water heater so the hot water actually comes from the burner). At that point, since it was so late, he could have left but instead he decided to check all wiring and found a problem on a zone, I have 6 zones, and we talked and he would not leave unless he went out to his truck and changed out the power head on the zone even though I said do not bother it is late. Sure enough that fixed the problem on this particular zone I have.
Here is the thing about Louis and True Plumbing - he very easy to talk to, always jovial even at 9pm on a weekend and 1) will explain everything he has found to be a problem and 2) explain why and most important to me 3) is the fact he will answer any question in detail you ask him without it being a problem to him no matter what the time.
Also, I had him do my oil burner to natural gas conversion w/o a hitch and at a reasonable price. You will feel the same if you call True Plumbing!

I have used True Plumbing a few times in the past and I plan on using them again for my future plumbing needs. Louis and his crew are very knowledgeable and friendly. I just had them fix a valve leak and they changed it to a newer handle value. They also replaced the spigot outside. The water pressure now runs great and I'm able to shut it off again when I need too. I definitely recommend them if you have any plumbing issues.

Louis is excellent! A plumber you can trust, who knows what he is doing. Also, very fair and reasonable pricing. As a homeowner, it can be hard to find great people and companies to help you out when things are broken/need to be fixed.

True Plumbing replaced a toilet for us from when we moved into our house, and fixed and repaired two sinks for us. Can't recommend them enough - simply the best!

Louis has been my plumber for the past three years. My wife and I couldn't be happier knowing we are in reliable and trustworthy care when it comes to our plumbing needs. It's rare to find a plumbing professional who quotes honestly and also stands by his work.

Louis installed a new outdoor faucet for us last August. The part became noticeably defective this spring. Instead of trying to fix the broken part, Louis replaced the unit free of charge. True Plumbing is well worth the wait if they are backed up from other jobs. Thank you Louis and the True Plumbing team!

Very bad experience with True Plumbing. It was a cold winters night and a pipe froze in our house - we called Louis at 4:30pm, and he said $350 for the job. He arrived at 10pm, had trouble locating the pipe and took him hours, he cut holes in my walls and didn't clean up, and he finally left at 1:30am - and slammed me with a $750 bill. My eyes nearly fell out of my head!! He said $350 was just ""to come out"". Well, if that is your policy, you need to quote it that way...or at least let someone know throughout the job that the total is adding up. He left my house a mess and didn't have the expertise. Would never recommend. Run far, far away from Louis at True Plumbing.
