Once again we flushed a cleaning wand head down the toilet, proof we should not be trusted with these things. Jason ran an auger and it appears to have cleared. Just like last time, he was prompt and courteous, made sure to wear foot protection, and was very easy to work with. This is a great company.

Great company and super responsive even over holiday weekend. I had problem with my toilet not flushing correctly bc of soft clog that happened Saturday night. I called super late and they set me up with early appointment for next morning. They came with in first 30 minutes of 2 hour window and fixed it right way. The technician was super professional and very knowledgeable and would definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services. They will be my plumbing company from now on. Thanks again.

I had a water leak in a 1/2"" copper line , the 90* elbow had split due to freezing. This guy charged me $486.00 to put a new one on. I had my water off due to the leak . He new he could take advantage of me knowing I needed the water back on and he totally did .the part probably cost less than five dollars, and he spent no more than 15 minutes fixing it .

We had a drain backing up and needed a plumber. True Plumbing was able to get us scheduled quickly. Jason came out to take care of the problem. He arrived on time, was very professional and nice. He also took the time to check the pipes in the basement to ensure he was taking care of everything while there. He was able to identify potential reasons for the line backing up and we were able to discuss other potential plumbing repairs that we were aware of. There was no pressure to schedule immediately. I would definitely recommend contacting True Plumbing and using their services and expertise for any plumbing issues.
