Shawn the office manager and Kyle the plumber at True plumbing were awesome! After dealing with TWO other plumbers this week, all of which tried to sell me a bait and switch of a certain price which doubled once they arrived and told me I'm not a member, or since I wasn't buying something else, I sent on their merry way. Shawn quoted me a certain price based on me already knowing what the problem was and Kyle arrived with that price ready to work. Kyle did tell me about a few things I should do to my plumbing to ensure the life of the system, but I declined because we may not stay in this home much longer and it was nice to finally have someone accept no as the answer. True stayed True to their word and that's why I'll only do business with these guys going forward.

Through the crazy process of buying a home, sometimes it feels rare to find genuine, kind human beings. I'm in a very short due diligence period of buying a home, and we discovered some problems with the sewer line. We needed to go beyond a plumber and seek a sewer line specialist, like, yesterday. Paul at True Plumbing came highly recommended and literally became my miracle for the day. He slotted me into his busy day, was generous enough review and offer his opinion on a sewer scope estimate from another company. He then reviewed my home, sent his report immediately thereafter, and kept in contact with me the whole time. What a relief to have met him. Also, big shout out to Stephanie at his office, who was quick to take action and so kind along the way. I cannot speak highly enough of his work ethics and team. Update to my initial review.... We replaced the water tank with the same size tank. However, I run out of hot water after about 5-7 minutes. I have to finish rinsing my hair in cold water. This NEVER happened before with our old tank. Now just one person can take a very short shower, the next person needs to wait at least 40 minutes before showering. The hot water doesn't get as hot as it used to. UPDATE: One of the owners reached out within minutes of my updated review. He suggested turning up the temperature on the water heater as that might resolve our issue. I will try that before the next person showers. I so appreciate the quick response to our problems along with helpful advice on how to possibly fix this without having to wait for a technician to come next week. That's pretty great customer service! We'll go right back to five stars when we have normal showers again. The temp was set on the lowest setting. I turned it up and it's working properly now. Thank you!

We got a new disposal for our kitchen sink. I called at 8:00 am on the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week and they were able to come out the same day. I asked for a quote over the phone and Kim said it would be about $400. They gave me a 3 hour window and the plumbers got here on the earlier side of it. They called me when they were on the way over. The new disposal we got costs about $135 at Home Depot or Lowe's. They charged $430, including tax, labor, and a 2 year warranty. I'm not sure what other plumbers charge, but we went with True Plumbing because they were able to come same day. Adam and Mitchell were timely, explained what was going on, and cleaned up. They also took a look at another sink and didn't charge me for it. I recommend True Plumbing, especially when in a pinch.

This was by far the best plumbing experience for the past twelve years. Stephanie took my call on a Friday late afternoon. their technician Joe came by on Saturday late afternoon. Analysis of the damage was done accurately. I was standing by and learned where our in house shut off valve is located and what pressure values work with our water heater. The pricing estimate for this job was absolutely reasonable. No one tried to sell me anything, which most technicians are forced to do by their companies and which can ruin a company's reputation within minutes. Joe did a tremendous job and he went the last quarter mile to get everything fixed. I highly recommend True Plumbing to anyone who needs a plumber who get things done right at a fair price.
