We had an urgent need for a licensed plumber today and received prompt, outstanding service from True Plumbing. Joe Pond, the lead Technician, along with Michael Tice were our assigned team. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient -- and patiently answered questions as we considered the options to address our issues. Outstanding! We have high service standards and it is refreshing to come across a company that is exceptional from the initial booking call through the followup with the field manager, Sean. Shawn the office manager and Kyle the plumber at True plumbing were awesome! After dealing with TWO other plumbers this week, all of which tried to sell me a bait and switch of a certain price which doubled once they arrived and told me I'm not a member, or since I wasn't buying something else, I sent on their merry way. Shawn quoted me a certain price based on me already knowing what the problem was and Kyle arrived with that price ready to work. Kyle did tell me about a few things I should do to my plumbing to ensure the life of the system, but I declined because we may not stay in this home much longer and it was nice to finally have someone accept no as the answer. True stayed True to their word and that's why I'll only do business with these guys going forward.

I had an A+ experience with True Plumbing! Owner promptly returned my call, and Sean and James were total pros on site. Courteous, clear and prompt . Not only did they replace my water heater and improve the set up, they were kind to look over a couple other issues on my list. Had I not had a referral from a friend, I never would've found this company.

We had a bit of a flood from what I thought was a leaking toilet downstairs. My usual go to for plumbing services was booked solid on other emergency callouts. I called a second company and someone was able to come and look. He quickly identified that it wasn't a leaking toilet. It was a blocked sewer line, which required an effort he couldn't do that day or several days into the future. He called True Plumbing. While even True couldn't come on Friday, they came on Monday and were able to clear the blockage. Restoration is another matter, but I've needed a plumber twice more in the four weeks since it happened, and True Plumbing has responded quickly. It's been a different plumber each time, but the price is reasonable, the work is done well, and everyone has been really polite and friendly. Highly recommend True Plumbing. Especially if like me you live in a house that's sixty years old with original pipes and valves.
