Replaced an old water heater. Contacted through Yelp, quick to reply. Pricing is reasonable (for CA). Updated gas lines to code. Took a few hours with 1 trip to Home Depot. Cleaned everything up, took away old water heater.

These guys are the ones to call!! You have a plumbing need big or small they've handled it all! I've used them on multiple different homes of mine and homes that i have helped to sell. They all work really hard and do top notch work. They are really fast and easy to get ahold of as well!

Dave has done more jobs for us than i can count and he is amazing!! Always courteous and doesn't leave a mess, communicates well and does the job right every time. Definitely thankful for all the work he's done for us!

Honestly, all the people there have been incredibly great and helpful. They really are the only ones we will call for any of our plumbing needs or fixes.

Stop reading their awesome reviews and call them already!!!

Just used True Plumbing again. They came in considerably less expensive (than another option), and did very good work. Tony and Milo were the plumbers on the job and they replaced my water pressure regulator. Very happy with the work. Thank you!

We had a couple plumbers come to our house, and although the guy was very nice, he was extremely unknowledgeable when it came to plumbing codes and slab leaks. Basically, he told us they would need to take out an entire counter in order to do the work, which was entirely unnecessary. Then, he failed to notice three items that were not code-compliant. He also wanted to tear open a wall in our garage, which no one had to do when we went with the other plumbing company. He also quoted us $500 more than the other company, and I hope it wasn't because I'm a woman and I was by myself when receiving the quote. The reason I gave them two stars is because the plumber was at least quite friendly. We got the city inspector to come out after we got the work done, and it just validated everything this guy failed at.
Oh, the guy also told us there was no way we would be able to reuse our laminate floors, and we were able to do so no problem. He took 24-hours to get our quote and the other guys did it on the spot.

Furthermore, instead of reaching out to me personally by calling, they had to justify what they did on-line to Google and Yelp. Their logic was very flawed, and instead of taking the feedback, they had to react with a very faulty argument that all of these verbal statements weren't in their quote, so everything they got wrong must be false. I actually even left some stuff out about requests on the quote that were never meant.

These guys are the bomb, period. From the quick, attentive, and super friendly front desk ladies Jessica and Wendy to the two plumbers I had contact with, to the actual work performed ... highly highly recommend.

I had several estimates for a few plumbing issues to tie up a remodel job that had gone down the drain (pun intended ... a story for another post!).

I had given up hope and finally was referred by a neighbor's daughter to call True Plumbing. Michael came out and quickly did a thorough look for the estimate. There are several ways to contact them (email, phone, even text message!) which made communication smooth and tying up details a breeze! I did double check on the estimate which was taking a couple days, but they immediately took care of it and I had it in my Inbox within hours. It beat the others.

Once I finally got the estimate back to them, I was scheduled promptly. Mike Terry came out, who clearly has a ton of plumbing experience (and, as a nice addition, is a super sweet and friendly guy). He worked steadily in no A/C to get all the work done which took most of the day. The next day, I realized something I had asked to be on the estimate, but then asked them to leave it off the invoice actually still needed service (bathroom tub P Trap leaking ... which had been replaced with the original remodel, and I thought I had been able to tighten it securely, but again ... another story!). They sent Mike T. back out within 48 hours, he fixed the P Trap in literally 15 minutes, and they charged me the original price which was bundled at a discount in the original project estimate, to boot! This is absolutely unheard of in my experiences of the service industries in California, where most companies charge service fees or service minimums. AND, most importantly, the work he did is legit and quality, and I have zero doubts that if something should spring a leak in the future, as does happen sometimes, they would honor their warranty and have a reasonable fix.

If you've had enough of dodgy plumbing companies or plumbers, unreasonable estimates, or people not calling you back, do yourself a favor, save yourself some time, and call True Plumbing right away!! Quick do it now!!

Chris came out today to address an issue we were having with low water pressure. Friendly, professional, and solved the problem quickly. Fair pricing, excellent customer service. Another great job by Dave and Patrick. They replaced my water heater timely and on budget. Patrick will go out of his way to do whatever you need and do the little extra things. The Gals in the office are absolutely great and return calls and emails. I've used them twice now. Highly recommend them....

I had the unfortunate experience of suffering a slab leak of the hot water piping in our condo - a MAJOR issue. I was distressed not only because insurance said they would not cover the cost of the repairs because there was not ""visible water damage,"" but I also had not found a plumbing company I trusted ever since my prior plumber retired a few years ago. Based on good reviews, I contacted True Plumbing. I was favorably impressed from the very first meeting. Dave assessed the leak situation, along with two other plumbing issues that three prior plumbers had left unresolved, and provided a firm fixed price proposal implementing the latest advances in piping. When Mike and Wayne arrived to do the work, they took every step possible to minimize the impact on the walls and ceilings to accommodate the new piping. They did work-arounds that required extra effort on their part to avoid having to destroy new shiplap paneling installed just last year. On top of that, they did a thorough analysis of my other problems (e.g., an air lock in my kitchen sink that caused the disposal to readily back-up) and found the root cause and FIXED IT while the prior plumbers had said, among other things after a cursory examination, that it could be a tree root issue down-pipe---which actually was not the issue. Mike and Wayne were pleasant to deal with, prompt every day with a status call to confirm their timing, kept me informed with great explanations, and thoroughly cleaned up the daily messes. Finally, I have found a plumbing company I can rely upon and recommend without hesitation.

I personally feel that there is always room for improvement...that there is always something that can be done more efficiently, or improved upon.

This is the second time that I've asked True Plumbing for help, and all I can do is stand corrected. There is nothing that could have been done better during their service visit at my home today. There is nothing that could have been done more efficiently. There is nothing that I can honestly state should be done differently in the future.

Mike Terry came out to my house to day and did a fantastic job. I will 100%, wholeheartedly recommend him and this company based on my experiences thus far. Having rented a home locally, I've worked with a variety of plumbers - none can hold a candle to True Plumbing.

Prompt response to emails, quick phone-call pick-ups, seamless scheduling, frequent calls for day-of confirmation/updates, arriving when they say they will (if not *EARLY*!), fantastic interactions, no up-sells or pressure sales. I'm not joking here folks...they're the real deal.

If you're looking for work, hire them. If you're a competitor, hire them so you can see how it's supposed to be done. Hands-down one of the best companies I have had the opportunity to work with, ever.

There is absolutely no reason for me to work with another plumbing company or service at this point. Game over, everyone who is not True Plumbing.

Just had our dispos-all replaced. Our tech, Chris, was a true professional: he tested the work, found and fixed additional issues with our kitchen plumbing as he found them. After his work our kitchen is in excellent working condition at a very reasonable price.
