Excellent service from the first phone call to the job's finish. They're fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Nowadays, it's difficult to find honest contractors, but when Kyle came out for the estimate, he was very reassuring and confident. The job was small but not easy. They had to install a 42"" wide bathtub in an small alcove, and they did a great job! They stayed positive and kept the humor going even when they ran into issues. Great job, guys!

Customer service was excellent from the phone operator to the plumber. Dave replaced my garbage disposal and plumbing under the sink - major improvement! Quality workmanship and excellent price!

Dave saved the day. He was able to come over and replace my laundry room water valves with in a couple hours of me calling.

It turns out that hard water will ruin those valves over time. Now I have new ones :-)

He is professional and nice too. The work is excellent, and price is reasonable.

The office lady was nice when I called. She was able to give an accurate estimate. She gave a good time window for the plumber to arrive.

I contacted them for a quote on a drain snake on Sunday afternoon and still got an answer within 10 minutes. They were able to quote me a better price than anyone else and schedule an appointment first thing Tuesday. Patrick the technician was super friendly and helpful, fixed my problem quickly, and even provided some maintenance tips (old house, old pipes). Call these guys first!

Had a leaky faucet in the tub which started when I was away a few days ago. My son's friend stayed over and probably turned the faucet too hard, but my wife said the leak wasn't that bad. Well, when I got home Tuesday night, it was leaking about 5 gallons every 30 minutes!! So I shut off the main water valve when we didn't need water and decided to wait until after the July 4th holiday to get a plumber in. I checked reviews and True Plumbing had a lot of positive reviews so I called at 7:45am this morning and a Wendy picked up!! She was wonderful and said she could have a plumber out this afternoon. A young guy named Kyle showed up and I was a bit concerned. I knew the job wasn't going to be easy as it was a 20+ year old fixture and I was hoping for an older, more experienced guy. Well, I was wrong - I wanted who they sent - Kyle! This young guy knew everything. He used to work at Ferguson's so he knew brands, parts, etc.! And, he had been a plumber for 10 years already - started when he was 16, so he really WAS experienced. As suspected, the replacement part was not stocked and needed to be ordered from the manufacturer so Kyle was able to find another part to temporarily fix the leak. He will be back tomorrow with the proper part.

I've got to give a shout out to the owner - Mike. He clearly knows what he is doing to hire such great employees. I will ONLY use these guys in the future....and hopefully I keep getting Kyle!

I'll admit, I was a little suspect of their 5 star rating, but so far so good! Dave came out for an inspection of another persons work and to provide an estimate for finishing the work. He called to let me know could be early and was very helpful and I look forward to him or some one else from True Plumbing finishing the work. I'll post another review after that.

Believe the reviews! Excellent business to work with. Had a leak that I couldn't figure out and I called true plumbing to help me out. I apologize I don't remember her name but when I called TP a very sweet sounding woman who provided amazing customer service helped me schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out the next day . The day of my appointment I received a phone call 25 mins prior to the technician arriving that he was on his way (helpful when you have small children running around). Dave from TP arrived and provided excellent service. Dave was able to quickly diagnose the situation and fix the issue. Dave is the governor!
