True Plumbers provided timely weekend service for an emergency toilet replacement. They were neat and efficient, explained their fees and the needed repairs clearly and worked in a very clean manner leaving nothing for me to do afterwards.

BEWARE. Do not use these people. They ripped me off for $153. Came out and charged $153 for 5 minutes to tell me that I needed a new water heater. They said the 153 would be included in the final bill. NEVER CAME BACK. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM.

Called and asked for a simple repair of rebuild outside hose bibs. They said sure we will come out and look at it. They come out and wanted to charge $153 per bib. Total of $306. For a hose bib rebuild which consists of simply unscrewing two bolts and replacing a 10 cent washer. No quote was given over the phone, but we were clear in what needed to be accomplished. The second bolt was seized on only reason I did not DIY it. I suggest you look elsewhere. You can tell a company's """"true"""" nature in how they treat a customer with a simple repair. True Plumber's wont need to worry about plumbing that kitchen remodel we have in the near future. Chris was the gentleman's name.

100 stars!!! No joke! I am a newer homeowner and tried to YouTube replacing a bathtub faucet. (Looked simple) well... After cutting the wall and accessing pipes and having waterfalls explode in my laundryroom. I called True Plumbers. Kent responded immediately (like i wasnt even done crying yet) he helped me contain the excitement until he arrived 1 hour later. (Saturday morning no doubt) upon arrival Kent and Chris jumped right into the work all while keeping me calm and repairing the problem. While here Kent and Chris never gave any grief about my animals and actually liked them . The job was done, water was on and life is lovely again. I highly ++++ recommend this company and this team. YALL ROCK!!

Overall, the service provider was prompt, professional and performed the service needed well. We needed leak detection due to a high water bill. Although it didn't take much time or effort, it could have been a lot worse. It was an unknown. I had called several companies and all had competitive rates. Other sites show this company with higher ratings. Would hire again mainly due to professionalism and knowledge.

I decided to try and replace my shower cartridge on my own last week. I've become pretty handy. But being that it was 20 years old and very stuck, I spent my whole day off wrestling with it just to have to break off. By then It was 4:00 on a Friday and I started to panic. My wife would be home soon from work and I couldn't turn the water back on until it was fixed. I started calling plumbers just in case. Most weren't answering phones, were out of service, or couldn't get to me until Monday. I tried True Plumbers first and was put on hold. I waited a couple of minutes and no one picked up. So I hung up and called other plumbers. After not getting any good answers, I tried them again. They had one of their plumbers call me. Josh was working on a job in Lakeland, but said he could come out to me that evening. I talked to him about what was going on and what I was doing to fix it. He told me I was on the right track. He encouraged me to keep doing what I was doing (because it was exactly what he would have to do). And for him to do it, I'd have to pay the service fee + parts and labor. Not cheap that time of the day or week. Lucky for me, my wife got home and saw I was totally exhausted and frustrated. She took over trying to get the rest of the cartridge out. Josh told me to check back in with him in the meantime if we needed him. He was still planning on coming later if we couldn't do it. Probably a good hour later, my wife got the rest of it out. Let me tell you we shared a huge high five and there was much cheering in that shower! lol I called Josh back and let him know we did it and he didn't need to come over. But I was so grateful for his advice. Sometimes you just need someone to tell you you're doing it right. If we have any other plumbing issues, I'll call them again for a quote.

We called for assistance with a hot water heater booster pump, but decided to upgrade and install s new hot water heater instead. That was a mistake. The tech had a poor working knowledge of electrical, so we had to call out a friend to sort out the non-working unit they installed! The tech left telling us it was an electrical source issue. In reality, the new unit had a bad thermostat. After TWO DAYS of dealing with it and having OUR FRIEND tell them how to correctly wire the connections, we finally got a nice unit, but it cost a small fortune and was a giant headache. Very displeased.

We had 2 outside spigots on our home that were broken and leaking and called these folks to fix them. What did we get? We got their power house AKA Hutch Cooper, what a fantastic guy! He was the epitome of professionalism. He fixed our problems quickly, he was extremely personable, and went above and beyond by helping me carry out some heavy construction debris from a fireplace remod I was doing. He even completely matched the patch color around the spigots to our home. This man gets an A++ rating from us, we will definitely be using True Plumbers again.

We needed a plumber called a few in our local area we had a leak under the house one of the main water pipes had busted they all wanted to much money to repipe the house and would not go under the house to repipe instead they wanted to run the pipes thru the attic I could of done that myself and they wanted to charge an extreme amount of money to do it.I talk to a neighbor and they recommended True .we called True and they came out and gave us a estimate and they would repipe going under the house Kevin and Randel did the work like promise those two guys where awesome worked fast and was very nice to talk with I felt like they where friends after they did the work very professional and pleasant to work with I highly recommend this company. Candy in the office was also very good with getting the guys here. If I could give a higher rating with stars they would get a 10 star rating. I tip my hat to the 3 people who help us. Thank you again Kevin,Randell and Candy your company should be proud of you 3 you give your company a good name THANK YOU VERY MUCH you 3 rock in my book!!!!!!!
