I had tried for two days to get a shut off valve to stop leaking but could not get the brass washer to seal. I had to finally cut the brass washer off the copper pipe. I did see that the blade had what I would call ""cut into the copper."" As I tried to put the new valve on and tighten it, the copper pipe gave where I had cut into it. I immediately shut the water off and went YELP to look for someone local. I saw Zac's business had two 5 star reviews and read them both. I like to support small businesses as much as possible. Although he only had the two reviews, I decided to to give him a shot, and I am so glad I did! He answered immediately, and I explained my issue. He asked me to text him my contact info, and address along with a pic of my problem.
He was finishing up with a job he was currently working on and headed straight over to take care of my plumbing issue. He completely, re-routed my water shut offs, to fit better in my new vanity. My wife timed the entire time it took him to fix our problem once he brought in what was needed for the job. His helper was fast and courteous as well. It took him 21 minutes to completely fix it! He brought me in to show me and verify it wasn't leaking. My wife and I were totally amazed at his quickness to diagnose and fix the problem. I had worked on it for two evenings because I wanted to ""save a dollar."" I for one can tell you his prices are more than fair and he knows what he's doing. He's coming back to take care of our pressure relief valve in a couple of weeks. If you're in the Chattanooga/ Ooltewah area, Zac is the man you need to call. Highly recommend!

I was in the middle of a laundry room renovation when my plumber bailed on me. I was in a complete panic and having a minor meltdown when True Plumb stepped in and SAVED THE DAY for me. Zac and his partner showed up on time, did an excellent job removing the old unit, ran water and gas piping to the new location and installed a brand new tankless hot water heater in a tricky corner spot to maximize my floor space. They clearly explained everything that needed to be done step by step. My new hot water heater works perfectly and is a HUGE improvement over the old inefficient tank I had before. They also cleaned up after themselves so well that the room was cleaner after they left than it was before they got there. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From now on, I'm using True Plumb for all my plumbing needs and will be letting all my friends and neighbors know about them as well. Fantastic job guys!
