They absolutely don't know what's going they don't stay with the codes I worked for this guy they don't even pay there employees had to hassle them for my check worked from 7am till 10pm everyday could never get paid for the gas I put in the vehicle or for the material I would have to buy myself they really are a crappy company every single customer literally would be furious and I would have to calm them fix there screw ups and then have the customer happy to were they would ask for my name and number so they didn't have to deal with them anymore and he has no issues with leaving someone stranded he did it to me because I'd finally had enough and he told me I could drive the vehicle home from Beckley when I like in Charleston because I told him what I thought I have never in my life had so many problems with a company like this one honestly I don't know how they are in business or haven't been sued yet.

Home Warranty Company assigned them, they came and looked at it 5 hours after they said they would be there. weeks later they said it wasn't covered but they would fix the issue for $350, i reluctantly agreed and reached out to the warranty company to make sure, once the work was completed the warranty company calls and says it actually was covered and they should be issuing a refund. So, I reach out to them, that was October 14. Barry and Matt have both responded multiple times saying oh we will pay you back next week, and now they have completely stopped responding and I'm afraid I will never see that $. Stealing from your customers heading into the holidays is incredibly bad business practice.

Assigned by my home warranty company. Our hot water heater was leaking. They said we needed a new one, which was nice because being a warranty repair I thought they might try to patch up the old one instead. The old one went out just before the new one came in so luckily we were not without hot water for very long. They were professional, responsive, and did a great job. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The communication and service from True Mountain is first rate. I filed a claim with my home warranty company and True Mountain was assigned the job. I heard from Barry within minutes. He was helpful and let me know exactly what to expect. Will and Shawn were the plumbers on the job and they were friendly, professional, competent, and helpful. I have a lot of plumbing jobs I'll need help on in the future, and I know who I'll be calling! Top notch service and excellent people.
