I bought my house a year ago, and the inspection revealed water damage in the furnace cabinet from a condensation leak. I have been calling around to try to get someone to come out and give me a free inspection/estimate. Most places charge a $59 - $79 diagnostic fee, but because my furnace works fine, I was hoping to get someone to come out and do a quick inspection for free. The first guy tried to charge me $204 to just open up the furnace, look at the rust and tell me I needed a thorough cleaning. Jonathan from True Integrity came out later that day. I asked him if he was going to charge me a diagnostic fee before I even let him in the house. He said he would not charge me just to take a look. He took a look and told me that all I needed was a clamp to attach a hose to a pipe, and that it was something I could easily do on my own, and that it wasn't urgent. So, I hired him to do a furnace tune-up in the fall, to get it ready for winter. He said he'd bring that clamp to fix the hose at that time, and left without charging me anything. Jonathan rearranged his schedule to come help me when I had a pipe leak and water main shut off valve leaking. Good guy, kept me informed as to when he would arrive, no 4 hour time block and he fixed my problems. Highly recommend.

So my husband wakes up for work at 3am every day and a good shower is how he is able to wake up wake up.. and one day he hopped in the shower before realizing that our water heater was completely dead. No hot water at all (& it was 1 degree outside lol!), I've owned me house long enough to where it's about time to replace literally everything in it. My water heater was the only thing I hadn't replaced. It was pouring water out of the side at a bit of an alarming rate and I started calling around a million places.

I put out a send a quote thing through here & this place was the FIRST place respond. I literally called 30+ plumbers that say ""24 hour service"" & was going to pay whatever stupid fee was needed .. but no one responded.

Not only did he respond fast, he made his way here in less than 30 minutes and got here before I had to work, went out right away and found a new replacement (without upselling me on stupid things) & got it installed in under 2 hours.

Don't let the lack of reviews here steer you away. Best most responsive plumber ever.
