I had emergency around 9pm last night. Master shower would not shut off. I shut off water to the house and called dispatch. 9am Technician Mike was at my door. He solved the problem with parts and labor in about an hour. Mike worked efficiently and professionally and he left the worksite clean and complete. Thank you!

We noticed that our main line was backed up on a Friday afternoon around 4pm. We started calling plumbers on Yelp to help! We needed to have our line hydro-jetted stat! Every company we called was going to be nearly a thousand bucks and they wouldn't be able to come out until Monday or Tuesday. Well, when we called True Flow, they were considerably less expensive, and they could come out within an hour and a half. After the plumber arrived, he worked quickly and even included a camera view of the tree roots that were causing our problem. He had our plumbing situation fixed by 6pm! We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.
