Recently purchased the Halo 5 prior to installation this team was very responsive. Once my water system was installed I never heard from them again. Especially when I had issues with my system. When I was able to get in contact with someone and scheduled a service I was told they would contact me a week prior to confirm the time. When my appointment date approached I did not get a call nor a follow up. I reached out and left messages with no response. It's like they're quick to take your money but once they get it you never hear from them again when there is a issue. Not the type of service I would expect after I paid $4500...

I had an emergency issue with plumbing in my kitchen in the middle of the night and I called so many plumbing companies. True Flow Plumbing answered my call and very willing to give me the support I needed right away. Rafael came to check out the issue in the middle of the night which I'm so grateful for and put a stop to the issue. The next day he came by with Raymond to replace my garbage disposal and fix what was needed. Excellent job, friendly, reliable, and walked me through the process.

I would highly recommend them and anytime I have issues I will surely go to them again.

Hi I had a slow drain tub issue, I called true flow and Mike was here with in the hour!!! Very professional explained in detail what problems can cause the slow drain and how he would fix it. I also had ugly caulking around the tub and asked if he can replace it, he also fixed that for an extra fee. I couldn't be happier, definitely call them. Mike was great . After reviewing a few other plumbing businesses I chose True Flow because they seemed to place a high priority on customer service. They also gave reasonable rates and did not try to nickel and dime us little things. And if you are a veteran they give a discount! They did a quality install and very happy with their service.

Rafael was very responsive when trying to book an appointment. The day of the plumbing inspection Rafael and his partner inspected all the plumbing and sewer line. They allowed us to record the sewer line camera. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions on site. We received a detailed report 2 days later that included pictures. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!

Mike and Rafael did a great job on repairing a water leak inside the slab for my house. Initially the job seemed to be trivial, but it became tricky since the pipe was soft copper and pretty much dinged up. They had to dig up the slap deeper to trace the pipe so that they can get to a cleanly connectable portion of the pipe. Even though the job turned out to be harder than they initially estimated, they did not ask for more money and kept working hard to finish the job.
Mike also did great on explaining the status of the job along the way so that I can easily understand what's going on.
They just started their business this year and seem to be honest and hard-working young people. They promptly responded, showed up on time, and kept their promises. The price was also reasonable.
