We had some flooring work done and needed to reinstall a toilet, etc. Miguel/Mike was personable and nice when we met him for the estimate and he gave a competitive bid. However, once we hired him, he then said he didn't notice something when he came for the estimate and needed to increase the price. He did lower that increase $50 when we raised concerns, but the new price was still quite a bit higher than the original estimate, which impacted our original decision in choosing the company. Sadly, what bothered us the most is the final job wasn't done well. The toilet isn't sitting flat on the floor. It isn't balanced and rocks. We asked him about the gap from toilet to floor and we weren't satisfied with his response (he said tightening more would crack the porcelain and didn't give any other solutions). So now we are in the process of finding someone to fix the issue. More money and time wasted. Also, he tried to sell us a water softening system a few times without us asking about it. Based on another review that said the company wasn't helpful with fixing their Halo after installation, I would be incredibly hesitant to have them install the system in our home. We enjoyed working with Mike but are very disappointed with the work.

Update:
After leaving the original review, Mike reached out to us and offered to improve the experience we had with them. We were able to work out getting a partial refund. We appreciated how Mike reached out to make things better and therefore are increasing the rating.

I would highly recommend using True Flow Plumbing Company. They were eager to serve, straight forward, and professional. I called on a Saturday morning and they arrived that afternoon within the timeframe given. We had an older shower handle neck that leaked from corrosion. Raphael arrived, diagnosed the issue, located the part, and was forthcoming in saying he could not get this unique part at the warehouse until Monday because of their business hours. He followed up on Monday and quickly fixed the shower leak and resolved this issue. Feel free to contact and trust this plumbing company. They did great work!

Miguel came out the very next morning after my call. He took a look at the slow drain and recommended hydro-flush. Snaked it to get us by while we scheduled the flush and then came back and flushed the drain out as promised. Friendly, efficient and as promised.

Recently purchased the Halo 5 prior to installation this team was very responsive. Once my water system was installed I never heard from them again. Especially when I had issues with my system. When I was able to get in contact with someone and scheduled a service I was told they would contact me a week prior to confirm the time. When my appointment date approached I did not get a call nor a follow up. I reached out and left messages with no response. It's like they're quick to take your money but once they get it you never hear from them again when there is a issue. Not the type of service I would expect after I paid $4500...

I had an emergency issue with plumbing in my kitchen in the middle of the night and I called so many plumbing companies. True Flow Plumbing answered my call and very willing to give me the support I needed right away. Rafael came to check out the issue in the middle of the night which I'm so grateful for and put a stop to the issue. The next day he came by with Raymond to replace my garbage disposal and fix what was needed. Excellent job, friendly, reliable, and walked me through the process.

I would highly recommend them and anytime I have issues I will surely go to them again.
