Our bathroom faucet failed and was flooding the floor. we turned off our water and called Seth just by fortunate chance.
Seth came out with no notice all the way from Lacey to Shelton. In a couple of hours the repair was completed in an excellent manner at a very fair price. He did charge a reasonable trip charge due to the distance but we had agreed upon it in advance. Kudos to this young business man that seems to really care about helping people.

Seth at True Fix Plumbing did a fantastic job for us went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Reached out for a gas line repair and stove install needing done in Minimal time to pass inspection on house sale. He reached out to us within the hour of requesting quote and had the job done within 24 hours. Once completed and we turned the gas back on our old water heater would no longer light which put us in a bad spot with only 2 days prior to inspection. We called Seth back and he made time for us and got this done again within 24 hours and on a Sunday to make sure we passed inspection on Monday. He is the perfect example of customer service and not only that he is very knowledgeable, reliable and has great pricing. He will be our call for any plumbing needs in the future and cannot recommend him enough if you need a plumber. Great job Seth!!!

Great experience with Seth. Had a broken main when dewinterizing our family cabin--chose Seth over several other well regarded businesses because of how responsive , straight forward and honest he seemed. Sure enough , he showed up same day (was not my expectation but was pleasantly surprised) and what was supposed to be just a consult and quote turned into him working some magic, getting my water back flowing same day and saving me a ton of money over competing bids. 5 stars for Seth with True Fix Plumbing! Our well water system has lots of sediment and Seth installed a Three stage whole house water filter system to filter out the sediment. He arrived promptly, early, was very polite, personable and explaining the process. He also did a water heater flush. Excellent work and affordable overall. I highly recommend this company. Quality work and excellent customer service!
