Our house was flooded with water. They came and did a leak detection service and checked the entire house for leaks. They found the corroded pipe that was spraying water everywhere and replaced it with a new pipe within a timely manner. They came when they said they would come and fixed it quickly and fairly priced.

Plumber was 2 hours late. Talked to him twice on the phone. Plumber did not tell of additional fees for service on Sunday, Charged 917$ to fix a simple Flange under the toilet & turn off value. Work was good, but could of been more upfront than waiting to tell me Price after the work was completed. Will never use this service, as I feel it is dishonest to wait to give information about fees or pricing.

So I called True Drain, Nick answered, this was in late PM. He came out checked out meter and everything around, no leak. But he went beyond a plumber and called city for me, went out to my house twice. Just wanted to say Thank you! You'll be my Plummer for life. I was in an emergent need to find a plumber in the area and found Nick with True Drain & Rooter. My exterior landscape plumbing had a leak and it was dumping hundreds of gallons of water over a two week period underground before I was notified of the problem. yikes! I quickly searched for plumbers in the area and found Nick! He was incredibly responsive to my needs on the first call! He offered to turn off the water from the street within a few hours which was much faster than the city workers could make it. He then coordinated a follow-up with a family member since I was out of town and provided a quote the very next morning.

I appreciate True Drain's (Nick's) professionalism, integrity, attentiveness to detail and prompt follow-up. He also completed a few other repairs for me such as replacement of 5 valves in the primary bath and other odds and ends.

I highly recommend Nick's services and would hire him again for other repairs. As a local family owned business it can be challenging to compete with big name companies. The cost in repairs appears to be comparable to others and True Drain offers a 2-year warranty! Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and integrity of the work done.
