I reached out to Nick via Yelp and he was quick to respond. He came to my house within a few hours and tried to snake the toilet. Nick is awesome. I needed my sons toilet replaced and got some quotes off yelp. Decided to go with True Drain and Nick came to the rescue. He was honest about what needed to be fixed along with replacing the toilet. He made a trip back to Home Depot after a crack was discovered to get a replacement even though it was so late. I hate Home Depot/ Lowe's so not having to go there and deal with that was a life saver. Will definitely contact them again if I need future work.

My water heat burst. I noticed it right away. The timing was poor as I was leaving the next day on a business trip and would be gone for several weeks.

I called True Drain & Rooter. They were a godsend. The same day they brought a new water heater, installed it, removed the old one. They even changed out all the hoses and nozzles. It looks amazing and I will be set for several years.

They were not only efficient, they were very friendly.

I will now use them for annual maintenance, as well.

Work Done:
1). Removed the broken 40-gallon Whirlpool water heater in the closet space inside the house.

2). Replaced the 7-foot deteriorating venting system that goes through the attic and roof.

3). Installed a new Bradford White 50-gallon water heater.

Nick came to the house and did a free inspection. He is very polite and professional. He clearly explained his scope of work and charges. He also explained the pros and cons of different water heater brands. It took 8 hours to completion and we are extremely grateful, he was very thorough and did an outstanding job. His price was very reasonable. Just and overall amazing gentleman. He is able to make sound decisions and enact them immediately. We finally found a trustworthy plumber. Thank you Nick!

My water heater was leaking all over the garage floor in the middle of the night :-(
I left the quote request on Yelp for multiple plumbers and Nick from True Drain & Rooter was the first one who responded.
Texted few pictures, got an estimate and he said he will be coming over at 7am.
He showed up on time, he explained everything I needed in very friendly and professional manner.
Luckily our water heater tank was still covered under the warranty so he took our old tank to the supply store and installed brand new tank with another 6 years warranty (2 years for labor) within just few hours. Reasonable installation fees were charged..we had our hot water running again like nothing happened. ""Thanks again for everything~~~ Cheers!!!""

Nick has been a lifesaver more times than I can count. He was here when I moved into my new house and hooked me up with changing out all the toilets and upgrading my valve stops. This time was a post Thanksgiving emergency. My almost new 1hp garbage disposal was completely stopped due to a turkey skewer that went down and was wedged in the grind chamber. At first glance he thought I'd have to replace the whole thing. I'd spent hours trying to pry it loose. But, as is Nick's way, he took the whole thing apart and spent a half hour working away on it and pried it loose. Saved me about $350 by being awesome. Just charged me for a routine clog. Nick has been and always will be my go to guy for all things plumbing. Plus he is a helluva nice guy.
