Found out I had a leak due to an extremely high water bill. In a panic I called True Drain and Rooter after coming across the company here on Yelp. The owner Nick answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helful from the beginning. After calming me down he ensured me that he would be able to help me find and fix the problem. Few short hours later he was at my house. He talked me through everything that he was doing and made it easy for me to understand. By the end of the visit we were able to find the cause of the problem, as well as a few other minor issues that he recommended I consider taking care of as well. Super thankful for Nicks help! Highly recommend!

Our water heater went out about a day ago, Nick was quick to respond with help on the way which was Zack and another gentleman who were both very polite and helpful. They were able to squeeze us into their very busy schedule and get the deed done with no problems! They replaced the entire water heater as needed, it was pretty old and the thermal switch was broken - it needed to be replaced. Nick was very responsive and I would recommend them to anyone! Quick service, kind & reliable!

If I could give a negative star I would! Received a letter from the water department about continuous flow. A neighbor had used True in the past. This neighborhood is going through a cycle of the pipes in the front needing to be replaced, so we thought that was the issue. True arrived in an unmarked van, inspected the property for 20 minutes and said it was the line in the front. They estimated $6,000 to fix it. Luckily I had arranged for a second opinion with Pure Plumbing ($29 service charge) who arrived while True was still there. After True left, Pure said there was nothing wrong with the front piping and thought it was a landscaping line. He recommended a landscaper. Landscaper looked at it and said it was the pool. He didn't charge anything. Landscaper called a pool company and they replaced the auto fill for $60. Water bill back down and problem fixed! So happy we didn't pay $6,000 for a $60 fix!!!

I found Nick on Google originally and then went through Yelp and read the reviews. I was showering Monday morning when my roommate noticed the fan in her (downstairs) guest bathroom was leaking a lot of water. Being a homeowner, and a woman, I'm very wary and skeptical about fixes and being taken advantage of since it's happened in the past. As soon as Nick answered and responded to my questions/concerns, I immediately felt at ease. He showed up that night for a consult and was there the next day to fix the problem. He has a super friendly disposition, very professional attitude and work ethic! This is the first (and only) plumber and team I've ever dealt with that was actually on time, his quotes were very reasonable and the fees do not fluctuate! He brought Dallas and Francisco, who were both professional and amazing as well. They all work well as a team. The work they did was beautiful and very well done. He will be my forever go to for plumbing issues from here on out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Had an amazing tutor today to teach me how to use and properly and safely work my water heater tank without exploding my head off. and then he tended to not charge me as long as I follow his instructions and keep myself alive and pay attention to what he said so I can stay safe at all times and I'm going to do so so now I have $49 extra left in my pocket things to the tutor lesson

Our kitchen. sink was leaking overnight after we had our garbage disposal out to fix the clog. We called True drain and they had someone come out the next day! He was knowledgeable and friendly. We ended up replacing our faucet and garbage disposal from over 10 years ago within a few hours. He fixed all the messed up valves from the previous owner and helped reorganize the p trap area.

Overall satisfied with the work done. They offered a 2 year warranty on the things they fixed up.

Nick and Dallas have mad plumbing skills! I got a new toilet (we named it Bert), lots of drains snaked and the valves replaced! They were professional, funny, thorough, and very clean!
