I was 150 miles away when my daughter called to say the AC quit and it was 95F and rising. Everyone else in Northern Neck was talking 3-5 days to respond because it has been so hot. I found True Comfort on the web, called, they had a guy nearby who was just finishing up a job, arrived in 15 minutes. The thermostat had taken a surge during last night's t-storm and the factory program had been wiped. He went on line, downloaded the software and threw in a complimentary refrigerant charge to my 15-year old unit. Doesn't get better than that, folks.

Not always the same people showing up from start to finish. One day they're there, the next they're called away to an emergency job. Or just another job, who knows? Maybe they show the following day, maybe not. Lots of angry phone calls between them and the contractor. Put in shower floor before getting inspection; I had to do a real song and dance with inspector to get it ok'd. Some of their techs good, some clueless. Shop manager, when reachable, way too hot-tempered; screamed over the phone at plumber to put in a fixture which simply couldn't be put in that way. Plumber was a pro, put it in right. Manager was a total jackass. Would I use them again? I'd rather get a root canal.
