The technicians were professional, knowledgeable and showed up on time. I cannot say enough great things about True Climate!
Garrett J.Called them for a quote to look at our AC. It had been out for over 24 hrs. during the warmer temperatures. The tech showed up 3 hours late. (They did not provide a window). He came in the house, looked at our furnace and left as soon as he saw a second HVAC company pull up in the yard. He even said to the other competitor as he was walking out, ""it looks like you're up next"". He told us he'd have to cut open our walls in the attic to replace the furnace or something silly like that. No other company that provided us a quote told us that would have to be done. We thought the tech went to check the outdoor unit but ended up driving off without notice. We could only assume because they didn't want to compete with another HVAC company. They never provided a quote or anything--nor did they tell us they thought they weren't capable of handling the issue and fixing it. Absolutely awful customer service. Do your research! We will next time!
