I called them bc all the other septic pumping companies stood me up. They said they were different. I was on the schedule for over a week for service. I called on Monday to confirm I was still on the schedule for Wednesday or Thursday, they confirmed. On Wednesday they called and said it would be Thursday. I was suppose to be they're first call Thursday, but somehow my window became 2pm to 4pm. I waited and of course they called at 3:50pm saying that the technician is 20 to 25 minutes out. I cancelled my service call. I'm sure they will response with an excuse just as the others did or I could've wait just a little bit longer for a company that I'm paying money to for a service... They're not reliable I will not use or recommend services from True Blue Plumbing. Added note: they're crewed arrives at 4:40 and I sent them away. He got angry and say he was here to help. I love it how he angry and I'm paying them almost $2k to do some work. I guess I'm the lucky one. Also, here's our text conversation of me canceling bc they were outside the window. See below.

Truely a bad experience. Should be called true toxic. I called about a minor problem, a leaky bathroom faucet(plumbing (plumbing 101), I had to go to work,but I left my wife to deal with it, They came told her we needed 980 dollars worth of plumbing work, she was frightened, she oked the work: which was done. Then they left, the leaking faucet was left still leaking! S0, for a leaking bathroom faucet we paid 980 dollars and the original problem, for which they were called to fix, was left still leaking.This is either dishonesty, incompetence or both. The problem was fixed by someone else. I was going to have them install 2 new toilets, but now I would not trust them in my house again.

Called about possible water heater or pressure regulator problem. Came quickly. Assessed need for new water heater before looking at anything other than water under our washer. He could not see the bottom of the water heater at all, and didn't bother to look. Gave an estimate of $2300-2800, including $275 to replace toilet tank flush kit. It only needed one small part. I paid their $79 service call fee and sent them on their way. Called Home Depot. Quoted $1300 for installed water heater.

Super impressed with this company! Got an appointment same week. Gabriel replaced a toilet. Later a hot water heater under the house without me having to take off work. Gave me multiple estimates for short term vs long term fixes to fit my budget. Decided to go full haul since I plan on staying here a while. He even spent extra time rerouting my hot water heater due to old plumbing issues at no extra cost. Also Kelly in customer service is awesome and very personable! Gave me text updates while the tech was at my house. Def recommend!!

Extremely happy with True Blue. Without sharing too much... we had a big leak. 10 to 15k estimates from others who looked at neighborhood and house, then advised of a complete replacement vs a simple repair. I called True Blue, they were prompt, honest, provided before and after photos. Left site clean and as it was.. Would call them for any plumbing issue moving forward.

The technician was courteous, coming across like they knew what they were talking about, and charged me $1200 ($300 for parts) for a couple hours of work to prepare the area around my gas meter for a significantly larger gas meter upgrade. The only problem is that when Atlanta Gas & Light came just a few hours later, they said that it was all wrong and not sized properly; so they proceeded to tear it all out, only maintaining the two parts and none of the piping. I spoke with True Blu about the situation and, after their internal discussions, stated that it's not their problem and they would not consider refunding me even a portion of their overpriced service; which puts their integrity into question. As such I do not recommend True Blu!

James was professional, honest, and friendly! He also gave some valuable tips and advice for prevention and safety for my home. You don't need to seek further for quotes, honesty, quality, or reliability for your plumbing. I highly recommend True Blue for you! I had my leaky garbage disposal and some pipes replaced and he was informative and done within the hour. You don't need to look elsewhere.

They did a fantastic job!! Over the top customer service! From the first call, Kelly handled my call very well. Super personable and professional. Sean, was out in record time to fix my plumbing issues. He even had all parts on his van and fixed the issue in record time. He cleaned up nice and treated my home with respect. I especially enjoyed the fact that he wore boot coverings in and out of my house. I will definitely recommend and use again.

Sean came out. I called one day and the tech was out the next. I had no clue what was needed but they did! He just handled it, putting my worries at ease. Professional, friendly and on time. I even like the warranty/membership package that they offer. I think that's great for homeowners (especially an older home). I will definitely use True Blue again.

I have used Guzman Plumbing twice now and will never use anyone else. This last time my hot water heater went out. Upon calling them, they helped diagnose the problem over the phone, confirmed it was most likely the heater, got info so they could order one and have it ASAP. They were out first thing the next morning with the new heater in hand. No second visit needed and they had my water back on in record time. He even remembered the last time he was out years earlier. I own my own business and I try to have that level of efficiency and customer service with my clients so I respect when others do as well!!
