Recommend True Blue Plumbing to perform repiping efforts. They completed the job in 4 days over two weeks, cleaned up any mess, and left the house in a near clean state. I was impressed with their quality of work.

A note for HC -- no plumbing company will ever remove the old galvanized metal plumbing, unless you want your entire house opened up and have another week of effort + mess. Metal pipes are typically mounted onto the studs and support beams, so it would not be practical to remove the old metal pipes. My metal pipes were left in the house and do not interfere with anything.

The work is good, but they could learn a thing or two about customer service and how to treat and talk to people. From small scheduling requests before our job began to their tone while on the job site to the company's follow up billing practices, there are companies out there who are much more professional. We hired them through Repipe Specialists.

I would give them a 0 if possible. I have water all over my basement one day after they finished. Exposed pipe everywhere. Told me I have to go back and put pipe through studs if I don't want it hanging from the ceiling. Left existing pipes in said after job. Oh we don't take the old pipe out. Totally a nightmare.

Had True Blue contracted to do my house repipe last month and couldn't be more happy with the job they did. Communication was great leading up to the job giving me the full expectations of how everything would be done. The crew showed up on time, walked me through the job and go to work. They were very professional and kept things clean as they worked making sure they left the house in the same condition it was in when they arrived. After the job I've had some follow up questions that they were quick to answer and take care of for me. I would definitely recommend them!

Had an appointment to get a Pressure Regulator installed and a possible add on job to run a Pex line for a hose bibb. After seeing our plumbing Jason was up front about the down sides to the installation. I had to decline leaving only the hose bibb installation which I might add was not even part of the original service request. I felt badly about the team showing up for such a small job but a great job they did!!
